Great product; Great Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to set up meetings for potential prospects and current clients, easy to use and has great features. I especially like the screensharing. I think it's better than the competitor because the video conference is clear and it looks very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative except some clients can't use Zoom in their organization which affects us sending meeting invites to current prospects and clients. Apart from this, I am enjoyhing the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform to organize meetings, record meetings and meet with other colleagues. I believe it's more productive than Google Meets because it's easy to record meetings, share screens, and invite others.
Zoom was what we needed during the major part of CV-19 and AFTER. We just didn't realize it.
What do you like best about the product?
Interactions on Zoom are easy thanks to things like raising of hands during meetings or teaching. It's flexible in the way it can be used. Was very happy to see Zoom handle sound when playing clips as I'm also a remote film instructor and it's been great to be able to share clips and hear sound not lagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see the white board honed into a better tool. It's very clunky to use as-is. I would love to find a way to stop the awkward interruptions on Zoom that normally don't occur in person because we can read body language when meeting in person. Not sure what that would look like. Also, more camera/background options for all camera/laptop makes and models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic at my last job I used it constantly including for chatting with the media (I'm in Marcom as well as filmmaking). Now it's great for remote work options (I left the fray directly after the nadir of the CV-19 crisis and never looked back).
Love zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I participate in several statewide organizations And live two hours south of where most folks live. Zoom makes it easy for me to participate in meetings

I think virtual meetings have taken a bit of the social aspect away from being in person but that's just generally speaking

Making my day easier with less out of town travel
Great for small business, especially during the pandemic!
What do you like best about the product?
We love that it helps keep our small business connected! We implemented Zoom during the pandemic, and it is something we will keep. Allows for quick communication and meetings! This is software that we will continue to use for years to come. This especially helps our management team when we need to have quick meetings without having to go to another location or bring our laptops across the building to show someone something. We can conveniently screen share on a live video chat, invite others as needed, etc. We have also utilized zoom for our Human Resources needs including being able to conduct efficient first-round virtual interviews for potential candidates! This has helped us save time and money. Another good aspect is that it helped keep morale up when we couldn't work together during the pandemic and when we had staff working from home. Allowed teams and departments to stay connected, have conversations, and get answers/help quickly from a group in a live chat, vs. a very slow email chain. Also appreciate that it integrates with outlook, therefore making setting up emails very easy! We also tested it out against Microsoft Teams and we chose Zoom as it has better video/sound quality
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have anything to complain about. The initial setup/management was a bit confusing at first, but we have figured it out over time. And I'm sure it will get better. We did have to remove the "GIFS" as they were being over-utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have any issues. However, I do recall that the onboarding during the pandemic was fairly quick and reliable. We were up and running within a day or so with our entire company!
Save time and money
What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom because I can meet with clients from home or car. I can save the meetings and share screens. I do not have to be stuck in rush hour traffic to make it to the office for an early meeting. In fact, I don't have to go to work every day so I save gas. This is a great option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the volume is weak. Sometimes users are not sure how to turn on the volume or microphone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to physically come to the office, thus saving gas and traffic frustration. Easier to connect with overseas or out-of-state clients.
Zoom has been critical for us over the past 2 years
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom every day. I like the layout, and the ability to present documents
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could send a message to the host when you are waiting in a waiting room. I also think breakout rooms could be more user friendly. Further, I wish I could figure out how to be in two different zooms at the same time. I am an attorney, and sometimes I am running late to another zoom. If you could have two open with two screens, or send a message to another zoom, that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be in different meetings in different counties at the same time. Avoiding the driving time has given me a tremendous amount of additional time.
Excellent virtual means of teaching/training
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive in usage, accessible for even first time users. It didn't take long to make it a formal way for organization to meet online and continue our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for more service options, but understandable. It would be nicer if the free option was just as accessible to everyone, including our leaders and other team administrators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limitations to in person meetings have been addressed effectively by zoom. Makes virtual at home learning more enjoyable. Participation did not go down when in person options were limited.
The go-to video conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use for my client meetings. It integrates with scheduling tools I use and launched quickly. There are even some custom features like a waiting room message that I get loads of positive feedback on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the panel of buttons disappears from my view when I'm in the full screen mode showing a presentation. I understand why this is, but it's frustrating while presenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me run my business more efficiently because I can easily hold meeting without having to travel. I'm even able to connect it to tools that transcribe my meeting and make work more productive.
Zoom is a life-saver for my various collaboration needs and is consistently reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Zoom's integration with Outlook, as well as the ability to adjust security. I am constantly utilizing screen share and rely on the ability to share video presentation well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. All features I need work very well.

The ability to communicate on multiple tiers during a meeting or presentation- Zoom has given many options for this. I also appreciate the ability to save meetings in a variety of ways.
Zooming for work life and personal life
What do you like best about the product?
We have found that zoom has made work easier in terms of connecting during the pandemic, but it has also made it easier to connect with friends and family
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any downsides to using zoom.

Zoom helps me put a face to a name and get questions answered quickly when talking makes more sense than a lengthy email chain
