Provides Important Work & Personal Connections

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use and intuitive interface. I like that I can see people in light of the pandemic and personal health risks. It provided a way to get social and complete work without risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the screen sharing limitations--not being able to see the chat/participant list while presenting. You are almost required to have a second person monitor the chat features and hands being raised. Also, for PPT users, I can't use the notes features now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finally seeing people I've worked with across the country for years but have never met face to face. It also allowed us to hold a remote COVID-safe service for a family member that died.

Great Business Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to meet with clients, and the scheduling integration. I find it very useful to create repeat appointments, and also to provide the link to my personal meeting room in my email signature for clients to schedule an appointment with me at their own convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom continues to improve its capabilities, so I don't quite have anything specific I dislike about zoom at the moment.
Perhaps an area that I find frustrating is when the host leaves a call, it ends it for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it very useful for me to work from home and to meet with clients anywhere in the world, time-zone permitting. It's solved the problem of remote work for me.

Works as expected... Customer Service not so much.

What do you like best about the product?
This application functions just as you would expect. It's very user friendly and it helps that everyone is familiar with the platform. Very rarely ran into any technical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
When our business card was stolen, we closed the card and requested a new one. In the interim, our monthly fee to Zoom came due and we were not a large enough company for them to accept an ACH. Our only option was to pay by card... which we were waiting for in the mail.

Unfortunately, NO ONE at Zoom could tell us what the process was in this case. No one could tell us if our account would be functional, or how many attempts they would make before shutting down our account. We were told, "It's an algorithm... we can't say."

With no other recourse to use a different type of payment method and unsure if I'd be shut down before an important meeting, I searched for a solution... only to find that my Google Business account came with a free upgrade for Google Meet. We switched the same day as Google's customer service was extremely helpful and able to give me direct answers. I do not regret this decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They came in clutch when my business switched to mostly remote and how we service our customers changed due to the pandemic. I am grateful it was there when I needed it, but now have found a solution that provides better customer service.

Zoom to the rescue!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes my life easy! It saves the time from trying to coordinate in person meetings when everyone's schedule makes that difficult. Need to meet quickly? Zoom! Need particpants from different locations to see each other face to face? Zoom!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides. Zoom serves all of my needs and I do not have any complaints at all. I am happy with Zoom and I cannot think of anything that needs changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of trying to coordinate in person meetings. There is not the need to accomodate for drive time. We are definitely more productive using zoom as we can jump straight into a meeting without having to commute to a mutually convenient physical location.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the platform and I think the usability of the user interface is excellent. I also like the screen share function and how easy it is to start a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the limited backgrounds you can choose from. I also wish that the calendar integrations were more seemless. I also wish it wasn't so expensive for the premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps our team have less meetings and less need to use office space, which is helping us cut down on office rental costs and office space in generals. Its great.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and everyone is using it too, so it makes it really easy to have meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add recipients and directly email them in the Zoom platform instead of copying the link or downloading the ICS file

Saves me time when I have to meet clients and before it was just done in person only

What do you like best about the product?
First of it's FREE! who doesn't love using a program that is free?
We also like zoom best because it can hold a large audience. It is also very easy to use. We don't have technical issues or connecting issues
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I can dislike about Zoom it has not given me or our company any issues. It works just great. Maybe if I had to say anything negative about it, it would be that you have to download an app. I already have too many apps on my phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving a variety of problems for us. The main one would be communication. We all get to communicate properly and easily. It benefits us because we get to listen to what our clients want and keep them happy.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing my screen with clients showcasing our products as they follow through on their own screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
40-minute free zoom timer can be cumbersome when a non-paid user creates a meeting, even if the meeting consists of paid users the meeting may end short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More personal business interactions with others despite distance.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is familiar with Zoom. Scheduling meetings is no issue. Also easy to quickly download and get first time users to join your meeting and see what you're looking at.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if having a virtual background was less noticeable. Less tracing around the head when you move your head and hands or swing the chair around at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're making meetings easier for me by creating flexibility for my clients. Much easier to do meetings with people far away. Also saves local people a trip into my office.

Convenience of remote training

What do you like best about the product?
ease of platform use and recording is a great tool for our traiing department
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription needed for longer than 45min calls. Other than that, overall we have been happy with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote training. We can host recorded calls, share screens from facilitator to participant, and break out into additional rooms if further training or other topics are needing to be reviewed. Polls for training is also a valued tool.
