A Great Tool that keeps getting BETTER!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides us with a way to stay connected to colleagues, we are able to reduce travel time and increase collaboration. Zoom Webinar has provided an additional avenue for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are very few, and in reality, are often not Zoom related. We all know we are reliant on the web, sometimes connections get unstable or funky. If there is a way to reduce the bandwidth nneeded and maintain or increase features that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had been using Zoom prior to the pandemic. The pandemic pushed us to utilizing it for a wider variety of reasons. Zoom kept our team safe, it provided connection and support our mission at work.
Better than other services
What do you like best about the product?
It just works, more people are familiar with it, quick download and setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike after we figured out some crossover issues from the free account to our paid account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had some problems with calls disconnecting early on, but we got on the horn with support and they figured out what was going on and got it fixed.
The best video conferencing solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, fast and responsive. I love that I can have a custom URL that never changes, so it integrates well with calendar apps like Calendly or Hubspot Meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is having to download the app if you're a first-time user, but it's not that big of a deal and once you have the app, you don't have to download it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses Zoom for internal and external meetings. It was wildly easy to implement across the team and makes users more productive. We love Zoom and couldn't imagine trying to live without it.
Zoom has transformed our training opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
Since the pandemic pushed all of us to present programs online, Zoom has helped us transform our training programs. As we learned more and Zoom enhanced its offerings, we have been able to offer programs nationally and internationally. We can provide chat options and break into small groups. We can provide closed captioning to make our programs more accessible. We also appreciate the options for different privacy options for participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
People are definitely "Zoomed out" so you have to find ways to get people to engage in your meetings and programs. This has more to do with remote learning and working than with zoom itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still operating all meetings and programs virtually. Zoom enables us to make our programs more accessible to people who aren't local or for whom traveling to a training affects their ability to attend. Closed captioning also makes our programs more accessible.
Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling Zoom meetings. It doesn’t require a high degree of technology expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
After updates the platform ca be finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom minimizes the need for in-person meetings but i ls great for impromptu meetings where face to face helps facilitate things. Seeing expressions can be helpful even when spoken words aren't communicated.
Great overall experience
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to make meetings and connect with others. I appreciate the easiness to work with the application. The best thing it is reliable and easy to use.It does not compare to others, a lot better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything works very well. The only thing I would like better is the camera. Better high definition. In a way in can be better. In the camera pretty much it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to work from home and connect via Zoom. Have been more efficient and quicker to see results. Yes definitely more productive. Yes business performance have improved
Amazing Software for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is efficient and simple to use. It allows us to stay connected and stay on top of our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I have run into that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With remote work it brings all of us together and makes it easy for us to meet and discuss clients and work just like if we were in the office.
Best Collaboration Software Available
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform allows us to collaborate with clients who may not be terribly technically savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I can say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in many different offices, it is so easy to do a call and share your project to walk through something. Certainly clarifies many issues.
Reliable platform for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
With the added whiteboard feature, Zoom is now the most complete and reliable platform for online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more screen layout options, especially when many users are part of the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home therefore I'm able to host meetings and be as productive as if I'd be working from the office.
Reliable event platform
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate that most people are familiar with Zoom and it is an intuitive platform to use. We also really like working with the Zoom support to assist with our events and ensure success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings are tough to figure out on the back end - for instance, how the recording will look on playback. We've working with Zoom support but the settings don't seem to stick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love hosting events on Zoom - we know customers will be able to access the platform. We can also add interpreter support and offer the event in multiple languages to better reach our customers.
