Critical Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made it easy for us to conduct business and business meetings in non-traditional ways. It has also allowed us to connect with members that we would otherwise not be able to interact with. We have expanded our Board to regions outside our core operating area, which allows us to have more diversity and thus better our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we had was sorting out a billing issue early on in our relationship. It was during the start of the pandemic, so I think that played a large part in the delay in customer service response time. Since then, though, we have few complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, Zoom was a way for us to conduct monthly Board meetings during the pandemic. Now, it allows us to continue developing our Board diversity by getting member involvement from outside our traditional service area.
A Necessary Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Zoom you can tailor your session to have it do exactly what you need it to do. From a simple meeting to a live-streamed event, zoom can be the catalyst.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but depending on bandwidth connection, the picture can be grainy and or audio can suffer. This can create a poor quality recording for later use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many times, the need to meet face to face without wasting the time on travel is paramount to a successful work day. Also with Covid, sometimes people feel fine and can work from home but cant be at the office due to a positive test.
It's been an excellent platform for our webinars and meetings.

Easy to use, secure, quality of the video connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get frustrated with the connection on the client side of things, but it has nothing to do with YOU... I don't have really any problems with Zoom itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid of course it was a great way to stay in touch with everyone. And it's still a great platform for our webinars and recording podcasts.
Zoom is essential for busy business owners
What do you like best about the product?
The zoom video conferencing platform has changed the reach an impact of our private practice. We were able to now meet with students and parents all over the city as well as the state. We have hosted webinars drawing and audience from a national reach. Most effectively, we appreciate the record feature which allows parents to access our strategy meetings well after the fact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more that zoom can help with Calendar integration and saved specs for personal meeting room, the better. Clients would love to see that feature simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using zoom, we were only able to meet families after school a couple of times a day given the commute and traffic limitations. Now with zoom, we are able to make a greater impact in our local city. Now that we have launched our online webinars and parent workshops, we are drawing an even larger audience, therefore expanding our value add to parents and students across the country.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the current time would display on the screen as an always available visible feature.

Easy recoding and sharing of meetings some staff cannot attend

Great tool for churches!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. People of all ages can easily figure out how to use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you didn't have to have the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves everyone time! Time isn't wasted by people traveling to and from meetings. We also are able to meet with people who live too far away to be able to meet in person.
Reliable online platform for virtual connection
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is fast to load, easy to maneuver and troubleshoot. I love that my clients do not have to have paid Zoom accounts in 9rder to utilize my services as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had negative enough experiences with Zoom to publish anything significant. I think Zoom does it's job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, my job as a certified personal trainer was on the line. I work at a medical fitness center associated with a hospital and we shut down to o reduce the spread of COVID. Using Zoom, I was able to train my clients virtually and demonstrate proper form so I could keep my people moving.
Essential business tool
What do you like best about the product?
Makes collaboration super easy with a remote team. The easiest way to work as a team, brainstorm, and discuss collaboratively. Connectivity is way clearer/easier than other video chat options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to do 1 meeting at a time - sometimes meetings overlap and would be useful to be able to make an attendee the host AND hop onto another meeting on the same account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work - my team is 100% out of office and zoom allows us to collaborate as if we're all together. But in the comfort of our own homes!
Great workhorse for video communication
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been very easy to use and very intuitive. It has much of the functionality that we need. In addition, through TechSoup they provide non-profit discounts which we like that they support organizations like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue for us has been video streaming while doing a Zoom presentation. We have had issues with lag that other platforms don't seem to have as bad. Some of the reporting could definitely be better and streamlined. Finally, we have had past reporting just disappear. There is no way to get it back which puts us in a bind with our funders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for video meetings. However, we primarily use Zoom as a way to broadcast our trainings. We do this in both the meeting and webinar platform. We switched from Adobe Connect which was harder to use including setting up meetings, exporting data, reports, etc.
Simple and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom to meet people who otherwise are not meeting in person. I also use Zoom as a note taking platform to relisten to meetings for tasks, ideas, issues...
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clients are not allowed to use the Zoom platform. Not sure why this occurs but when it does then I must use their platform which I am not familiar it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has reduced my need for travel yet allows me to still connect with new clients or prospects using the video capabilities. I also use Zoom as a means to document conversations.
