The must-have video conference application
What do you like best about the product?
It does everything that is expected from this type of application. It is available in all major OS, like Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile. It allows you to easily change the input source if you have multiple mics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Linux version seems to be behind. When I have to enter the pin to log in when I have 2FA, sometimes the enter box is out of focus you enter the code outside the box without a warning. The worst issue with the app is the security model when you have a call with multiple users, by default all participants can draw on the screen. This may be an issue if there is a bad actor. This seems to be solved in a webinar version but you have to pay extra for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom handle all remote meetings in my company. I also use it for webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an easy platform to use. It is quite versatile and is helpful as a tool for interactive meetings, just listening and for family gatherings with relatives spread far and wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit temperamental. It will choose a different microphone each time when I switch between devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me the platform to conduct virtual tours of our school which is very helpful for families that need to decide on a school for their child but can't leave work.

What do you like best about the product?
A few pros to Zoom: friendly & responsive customer service, the ease of creating meetings and editing meeting details, its user-friendly interface, and the free tutorials available for more complex situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe my one negative experience with Zoom was when I was trying to use whiteboard on my laptop and it wasn't available for use at that time on anything but a desktop. The person I chatted with helped explain how I could use it so it was a good learning experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest, I only use Zoom for meetings and I really don't play with it enough to use all of its features. If I ever have more time I would like to see what else can be done with our subscription.

Ease of use - it is easy for us to set up events and for our patrons to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it just works the way it should. Please, people have been trained to use it and its a better platform than the others (Microsoft teams, etc.)

It allows us to offer programs that people around the world can attend, which is a novel development for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, easy-to-use features I need for my small business. It gives me the professional appearance I need for my small business.

Nothing, really. There aren't any features that I don't like.

I'm a 100% virtual company that relies on technology to meet with my clients, share documents, review shared documents, and discuss the details of projects. Zoom provides me with all of those solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. The thing I find most helpful is the HIDE ALL NON-VIDEO PARTICIPANTS when doing interviews to air on youtube. I do PR and sit in on interviews all the time and don't want to be ON the interview - I teach people about this all the time so they can have a clean one-on-one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
no downside really. affordable, easy to use...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now my clients can do interviews from anywhere for audiences all around the world! This was a godsend when the pandemic started - I was able to get all the work done and more because of zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly, even if you have never used video conferencing software before. The features are easy to understand and labeled well. I also like the way Zoom keeps updating it's features to accommodate the needs of the consumer
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Zoom is sometimes the control bar can disappear or be positioned awkwardly. Also it would useful to have more meeting reports available

Zoom is making virtual meetings and events easier to navigate and organize. It's allowing team members and other groups to stay connected virtually and as it's so widely used it's a tool that the majority of my network uses

What do you like best about the product?
Overall user friendly, love the new updates with blurred backgrounds and group settings!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment I cannot think of any downsides. I think if anything, it would be beneficial to set up meetings directly through Zoom

Being able to communicate and connect with various applicants. We have hired some of our best staff that do not live nearby.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing that I like best is the ease of use for my candidates and hiring managers. We also use Teams and there are usually more problems with mobile devices than with Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is really anything that I dislike. The scheduling is easy with the Outlook integration and the quality of the video is good. I am not sure if there is a recommendation to people who use it go landscape rather than portrait with their mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest benefit is that it gives us multiple platforms to interview with. Some of our candidates are using it in their car at lunch and Zoom just works better on mobile devices.
Great platform, poor customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are intuitive. The admin portal is user friendly. Licenses are easy to assign and move around. The end user experience is positive. We really like the webinar feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting an account manager to assist is difficult. Communication is lacking. Account receivables is really difficult to work with... they don't seem to read emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was a great tool during the pandemic. As a start up organization, we really needed to pivot our sales strategy quickly when COVID came and Zoom allowed us to do that without a significant loss of time or money.
