Reliable and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is designed in a very user-friendly way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom provided a little more control to it's users who host meeting. For example, I can't see who responded to polls without downloading an Excel sheet after the meeting is done. I've tried giving prizes for correct answers to questions but can't because the default is anonymous answers. I would love to see an embedded version of Kahoot! added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my clients are out-of-state, and Zoom has allowed me to reach people easily for classes. I'm able to reach audiences that would normally be inaccessable.
Useful tools! More equipped than other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
You can use breakout rooms, you can doodle as well! Reactions are useful during meetings with a lot of people or during presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some audio problems sometimes, like echo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share links across platforms: not only Google users for example. Also, you can schedule ahead!
Videoconferencing is just the beginning!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the number of features available on one platform! It allows me to videoconference with clients, but also have an interactive experience by allowing for annotations and recording for reference. Great training tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much about the program that I don't like. I do wish they would allow you to invite certain people that are not on your domain and not have to have a waiting room or password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a database company that sells all over the country and world. Zoom allows us to sell, train and communicate externally and internally the best.
Great alternative to a SKYPE, for a smaller company
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. The user can sign in and find the information or services they need, very quickly. A subscription is not required to use the software for the participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to remind you of meetings. With Teams it linked to our outlook and allowed us to set reminders when meetings were about to begin or within a certain amount of time. I haven't been able to find that capability with ZOOM and gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Face to Face" meetings either within the company or with vendors and customers. It is much more personable to visually see someone while speaking to them. We have also used the service to screen share while training employees in the work-from-home setting.

What do you like best about the product?
Although COVID restrictions are loosening, and there IS a thirst for in person meetings again, Zoom is an excellent tool to use for expedience. Meetings at short notice, meetings when it's not expedient to travel, the opportunity to share screens and chat and see each other's face during a discussion are excellent. Also, I sometimes work internationally and, of course, Zoom is a relatively low-cost way of connecting without leaving my office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people had a strong yearning for in-person meetings after the pandemic lockdown restrictions and had some 'zoom fatigue' for, for example, zoom conferences or webinars and were looking for in-person networking opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect in person, sharing documents/screens etc quickly and efficiently. Especially useful when geographical constraints would make traveling unduly costly or onerous. Most people seem comfortable with using this platform -- I have not met anyone who has said they were unfamiliar or uncomfortable using it.
Zoom for work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how reliable it is. I can add zoom to my google calendar and my other work apps. Ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't necessarily like that when someone is presenting their screen, zoom automatically makes it full screen. Sometimes this takes me off guard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a company with folks all over the map, and zoom allows us to meet with ease. It allows me to connect with my coworkers no matter where they are.
Zoom is an amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has provided me with multiple opportunities to connect "in-person" with people I normally would not be able to do a "face-to-face" with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that does not work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially during COVID lock-downs, it allowed me to meet with business associates and friends that I would not have been able to meet or see.
Good solid service, strong network, extensive and great tools
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Consistent link per account makes setting up an ad-hoc meeting esy with regulars. Ability to apps to accomplish just about any integration and aid any meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free account level only allows 40min meetings. Price is a little steep for an individual, would be nice if they had a teir between basic and pro for individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings with lots of participants. Security and moderation making sure people don't crash sensitive meetings, or just show up unexpectedly. Quick and easy communication and screen sharing as needed.
Game Changer.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I love the feature to call people into your zoom room. Having your own personal zoom room. And how easy it is to invite people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am truly satisfied with everything with Zoom so far. There's nothing that I dislike with Zoom. The ease of using zoom and all the tools have been a huge benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bringing the communication between me and my company together. It's an easy way to see multiple people, go over tasks and screen share. Zoom makes my job so much easier.
Wouldn't want to work without Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of this software, screen share feature, the company's commitment to security and software updates, the ability to have a personal meeting room ID, and the app for meeting on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish updates would happen automatically when a meeting ends and not when you are starting a meeting. This has resulted in many delayed starts for meetings I've hosted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with people all over the world is a breeze when we can meet 'in person' on Zoom. Also being able to record and transcribe meetings is a lifesaver. I use these for my podcast too.
