Best Video Tool for Remote Meetings—Smooth, Reliable Performance
What do you like best about the product?
It’s the best video tool for remote meetings. Rarely have buffering issues where using others on the same internet will have issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ii can’t think of anything but I only use it for the basics.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Zoom Workplace for interactive meetings with coders. It allows for interaction and has a great question forum. I also like the custom AI companion that can understand documents, which saves me time by reading several file types that might be relevant to a meeting. It also lets me add my own words or terms, which is super handy. Plus, the initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the one time pass codes with a time limit on hosts. A host should have at least 20-30 minutes in order to set up the meeting and prepare for others instead of only 10 minutes. Not enough time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for interactive meetings, providing a great forum for questions. The custom AI companion saves time by reading various file types for meetings and lets me add my own terms.

Zoom is truly the best meeting platform I have used. It is an excellent app.

The virtual background feature on the Zoom platform is not working on my Samsung Galaxy A356E/DS, even though this is a premium phone. Despite trying, I have not been able to get the virtual background to function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dear Sir, please make the virtual background feature available for all Android 8.0 users. The virtual background is not working on my Samsung A356E/DS. I would appreciate your support for my device. Thank you.

The camera quality is poorer than in other video conference softwares, and the UI for creating a meeting is outdated

Being able to provide clients with a calendar where they can book a call which is integrated with Zoom to automatically send meeting links

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use/set up integrations for recordings, note taking, etc. Additional features like the whiteboard that can be used for trainings. chat feature works well. ability to have a large group for a meeting, or host a webinar with optional password setup, etc.

Occassional forced restarts/updates when you attempt to join a meeting (the timing is less than ideal)

I need a way to reliably meet with my clients and Zoom works well for that. We integrate another system that automatically records our meetings and includes them in a library for future access/training.

Easy Access to Training, but Browser Use Limits Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an easy access for us to attend training workshops and we are able to ask questions and get more knowledge on the topics that are being taught. It is also an easier way to connect with people.

So far there is nothing that i dislike. Its just that i dont have the app installed and we use it on browser

Solving the problem of communication. Training is no longer something that needs to be done in person. A person from anywhere can attend it. It has made virtual training very easy for us to be a part of.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom is that, while it lets us work from anywhere, I often find that meetings held outside the office—such as at home—come with more distractions. It’s also much more difficult to read social cues over a video call compared to being in person. Additionally, the app itself can sometimes be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easier to set up meetings and enables remote employees to join calls and collaborate effectively. it also solves our Siloed Communication problem along with no need for tedious task involved with setting up meetings. All that greatly benefits us by the flexibility of the app, better collaboration between our teams, and increased our productivity during meetings
