Excellent Sound and Picture Quality in Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sound quality and picture quality of Zoom Workplace. I also like the functionality that lets me chat with the people I’m in meetings with and drop files in the chat. Another thing I appreciate is its integration with other tools like Microsoft 365. Overall, it’s easy to set up and join a meeting in Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I open Zoom in my browser, and then later the app version opens too. At that point I end up in two meetings at once, which can be pretty inconvenient sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the physical location barrier that comes with working with people from all around the world. It lets me communicate faster, more clearly, and securely. Now I can talk to and conduct business with someone in the Netherlands or China, or anywhere else around the world for that matter.
Fluid, Feature-Rich Meeting Platform We Rely on as an Enterprise Client
What do you like best about the product?
The system is fluid and has lots of features to accommodate different levels of meetings. As an enterprise client, we use it extensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could record and download the recordings right then and there, without having to wait to close the Zoom app to download them.

It helps us host a huge number of clients across different breakout rooms without any hassle.

Occasional updates can slightly change settings or layouts, which takes a moment to adjust to, but overall it remains very user-friendly.

I like that Zoom Workplace saves time, improves collaboration, and keeps work moving smoothly in fast-paced environments like customer support and operations. The AI-generated summaries and notes are a big help as they save a lot of time by capturing key points and action items automatically, so nothing important is missed. Zoom Workplace helps me stay organized, communicate clearly, and work more effectively every day, making it an essential part of my workflow. I also appreciate that it brings meetings, chats, and AI tools into one platform, making everything more efficient and easy to use. The setup required minimal effort, allowing the team to become productive right away.

Bridges Communication Gaps with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace helps bridge the distance between colleagues, clients, and friends. The feature that allows us to change background setup is something I really appreciate because it helps me hide unnecessary things in my real background. Setting up Zoom Workplace was pretty much easy, just requiring us to fill in necessary details and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that my microphone won't function or it won't detect much of my microphone.

Zoom Workplace bridges the distance between colleagues, clients, and friends. I like the feature to change background setup, which helps hide unnecessary things and makes video calls more professional.
Powerful AI Notes, but a Clunky UI That’s Hard to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
AI features for note taking and summarization, auto-recording calls

UI feels clunkly and difficult to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me attend meetings virtually and record/transcribe calls I didn't attend so I can catch up. The AI features are also very useful for UXR sessions where I don't want to have to take ntoes.
Perfect for Remote Work Communication and Training
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is perfect for someone that work at home. It help say in communication with everyone else in your organization. It also is great for training remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the picture profiles across the top of the screen or side. I don't like when you can see everyone's comments in chat box when speaker or trainer is talking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They really haven't solved that problem that I know of.
Zoom Makes Global Virtual Meetings and Connections Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
zoom allows us to meet with people all over the world and create meaning connections, sales and clear meetings as my team all works virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It updates and we don't receive emails about the updates so we're a bit confused when something changes.

Zoom Workplace solves virtual meeting concerns and virtual sharing with consumers and teammates.
Zoom worksplace: Easy to Implement, Great Collaboration with Strong Audio/Video
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom worksplace is a great collaboration tool. You can have online meetings with large number of persons and the video and audio quality is very good. It is easy to implement on each person's computer and they can start working on it right away. It does not need any specific training and can be used daily for any work collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the screens, such as the participants window, aren’t easy to resize. The host and co-host also can’t share screens at the same time, or jointly control a shared screen. In addition, the interface isn’t customizable enough to let me change or rearrange the on-screen buttons as needed, and some reaction buttons are buried inside other menus instead of being readily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a solid collaboration tool that lets me have video and audio discussions with my team and clients. It removes the need to travel to different locations just to schedule a meeting, which saves a lot on travel costs and also saves time.
Versatile and Reliable with Some Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for weekly video conferencing with remote clients, and I also use its screen-sharing feature extensively for technical demonstrations and training sessions. I appreciate its stable video connections, even when internet bandwidth is low. The recording feature is a big help for documenting client meetings, ensuring I don't miss any requirements. I love that clients can join a meeting via a web link without needing to create an account or install the app. The background noise suspension is great, as it filters out typing sounds from the keyboard, making my audio clear even in a busy environment. The initial setup was straightforward, and the installation was done in under 5 minutes. Additionally, I use it with Google Calendar to sync my schedule and with Slack to start video calls directly from chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the 40-minute time limit on the free tier for client calls. Also, the desktop app consumes a lot of system memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace ensures stable video connections on low bandwidth and helps document client meetings with its recording feature.
