Zoom works perfectly for my business' needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's video quality, audio quality, and ease of use far surpass those of the competitos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to read people's screen names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We offer virtual cocktail classes online, and zoom is by far the best way for us to coordinate the video conferencing aspect of our business with our clients.

The simplicity of use. Seems like a platform that users from all across the "technology experience" spectrum can work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really managed to get the syncs to work great between outlook, and would also like to get a sync into our CRM solutions as well

Helps me have and host more meetings. Just makes is measurably easier to communicate as needed to the audiences I am working with

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of Zoom. Also the sound quality and ability to set high sound quality as I often play instruments when I do Zoom gatherings. I like all of the ways that you can customize Zoom!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am really happy with Zoom overall. I would not say that I really have any thing I really dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to connect with people virtually and still be able to see and hear them. I also use Zoom to support my business and it allows me to keep my business connected to people all over the world.
Zoom is the easiest of all the video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is helpful because it seems to be the easiest to use. It's very intuitive to link up with various apps like Worldly translator, and other important things to do business. I love the new whiteboard feature. I also love the chat function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom requires the host to be in charge. It becomes harder to help others learn it and collaboration is tough when others don't know how to host it.

It is a universal platform that most can access. Makes it easier to have video conferences with most.

What do you like best about the product?
Setup is very easy. Sharing screens is easy -after a bit of getting used to. I like the ease of switching Views and Chat is useful. I have used ZOOM for meetings of a community advocacy group, church council, small group meetings, family conversations, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have overlooked latecomers because I did not see the "Waiting Room" sign - and I had no audible notification. I'm guessing there is an audible notification that I have missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZOOM could remind users when they have chosen a poor lighting setup. It amazes me how users can appear satisfied when their background is brightly lit and their faces are dark.
Zoom is simple to operate and making communication easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to book and share the link. Easy to operate when there are multiple people on the call. The breakout rooms are really cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing of screens and using the presenters view of a presentation is not that easy and requires to be relearned everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving on travel and being able to see the person during the communication. Actually, shortens discussions.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, just send a link, and you can connect. You can record the meeting and share it with other members that might not have had the chance to attend the webinar
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. I want to learn more about the tools that are in Zoom. Hopefully, I will have some time to learn all the tricks of Zoom.

I have many members that are out of state, and this allows me to long on and have a face-to-face with my members. Such ease of use is so important. Send a link and connect.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about zoom is easy, and fun, to navigate. Easy to schedule, add to calendar, and send link invites. The whiteboard is fantastic! There are a lot of features about zoom that I enjoy, like the chat ability in and out of video sessions, screen sharing, multiple participants, filters....etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about zoom is when there is video freezing and dropping calls in the middle of a session. This is disruptive to the services I provide through telehealth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been providing me with a virtual office to continue providing mental health services since the pandemic. Zoom has provided me the space to continue working when everything shut down, and I have found comfort and success working with individuals and families through zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
the many features that Zoom has to offer. I use the platform for work and personal meetings and this year have used the polling feature, registration, and other features that I hadn't used previously and have smoothly conducted numerous webinars and large scale meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the registration feature included an option to download data to an excel or .csv sheet. Otherwise, the platform works well for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is connecting people from different places to have the flexibility to meet/convene with ease. This has been incredibly helpful throughout the pandemic and even moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is relatively easy to use, and the versatility provided by the paid account is very helpful for different types of meetings. The features that support virtual backgrounds are also very useful for different types of environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat disappointing that you cannot use two cameras with one account as this would mean a second account was not required for different angles when teaching.
Extra features can be quite costly. And it took zoom a long time to solve the issues with security.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing access to my customers across the world, as well as providing a platform that I can use for online teaching, with low barriers to entry. It is also very useful for providing recorded meetings that can then be streamed, live or at a later date.
