AI Companion Transforms Meetings with Instant Summaries and Action Items
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom Workplace for me is the AI Companion. It has completely changed how I work by delivering instant meeting summaries and clear action items, so I no longer have to spend time taking manual notes. It also makes catching up on meetings I missed incredibly fast. On top of that, having chat and documents integrated right inside the app means I rarely need to switch between different windows just to get my work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is how cluttered the interface has become. I do appreciate the new features, but the transition to 'Zoom Workplace' feels overwhelming, with too many tabs, icons, and notifications competing for attention. For someone who just wants to jump into a quick video call, the extra “noise” from the integrated mail, calendar, and docs makes the app feel heavier and less intuitive than the original, simpler version of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of information overload and the burden of manual note-taking. Before, I would spend hours after meetings summarizing my notes and assigning tasks. Now, the AI Companion takes care of that automatically, which lets me stay fully engaged in the conversation instead of typing the whole time. The biggest benefit for me is getting back at least 2–3 hours of my work week that I used to spend on administrative “busy work.”

I love the ease of use of Zoom Workplace, especially for our agents and staff who aren't tech-savvy. It's great that our agents on the road can join with ease. I love the presenting options that allow us to present our content. Personally, I like the filters, which help when I'm not feeling up to video standards or in bad lighting.

Once in a while the links do not work, but that may be a connection issue, not a software issue.

Reliable and Easy to Join, but Basic Interface and Paid Feature Limits
What do you like best about the product?
When I used Zoom, it was very reliable and easy to join meetings. Audio and video quality were usually stable, and it worked well even for people who were not very technical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels a bit basic, and some useful features are limited unless you pay. Long meetings can also be tiring, and managing large calls is not always smooth.

Zoom makes remote meetings simple and accessible. It helped connect team members and clients without complicated setup. Over time our needs changed, so we stopped using it regularly.
Easy to Install and Feature-Rich, but Cluttered UI
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to install and simple to use. It has group meeting settings, and video and audio editing tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface and settings feel cluttered, with too many options to sort through. I also notice that the video quality sometimes drops in the middle of a call, and there can be lag at times. On top of that, joining via a web browser isn’t very easy to use.

It helps bridge connectivity, so you don’t need to be physically present for every meeting. You can attend meetings at your own pace, in your own space, and at your leisure and comfort. It also has screen recording, which is helpful for classes and/or seminars.

Unified Solution, Strong Video, Needs UI Refinement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI companion feature in Zoom Workplace. It's like having a meeting summary with intelligent chapters, such as for budget discussions or action items. This feature allows me to join a meeting late and catch up on what happened without interrupting anyone, which is a game changer when I'm switching between meetings with a full calendar. Additionally, I find Zoom Workplace solves issues of meeting amnesia and connection stability, along with automated note-taking and low bandwidth reliability. I appreciate that it consolidates tools like team chat and whiteboarding into one app, helping us save money on separate licenses for apps like Miro or Slack. Its integration with Google Calendar is essential, offering a one-click join experience, and I like how we can automatically log meeting recordings and transcripts into client CRM profiles with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI clutter is a problem. They keep adding buttons for apps, whiteboards, notes, clips, and a catalog. The interface feels overwhelming compared to the clean simplicity of the original Zoom. So I think the interface could be improved. I mean, just simplify the pre-meeting experience. Currently, when I open Zoom, I'm bombarded with a home dashboard full of calendars, notes, and chats. Sometimes, I just want a big new meeting button to just start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
