  • February 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace as my go-to collaboration hub for all team communication and project coordination. It solves the problem of scattered communication and disconnected collaboration tools. Meetings are easier to schedule and join, conversations stay in context, and shared resources are accessible in one place, which improves productivity and saves time. The setup process for Zoom Workplace was easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in Zoom Workplace could be more intuitive, especially for new users. While the platform is powerful, certain tools feel buried in menus and take time to learn. The platform can occasionally slow down during large meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for team communication and project coordination. It solves scattered communication and disconnected tools problems. The built-in calendar is great for scheduling calls or meetings, allowing me to view and manage everything without needing a separate tool. I also appreciate the integration connections with other productivity apps like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Sheets. The initial setup was smooth and quick, requiring minimal guidance and making for a hassle-free experience throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some menus are confusing for new users and the app can be a little lagging on older devices.

Effortless Meetings, Reliable Connection

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and reliable Zoom Workplace is for meetings and team communication. The video and audio quality are usually very clear, and joining a meeting takes just a click. It helps me join meetings quickly without confusion and keeps calls stable so work doesn’t get interrupted. Clear video and audio make conversations smooth and easy to understand. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy, with minimal configuration needed to get started, making it accessible right away. I often use it alongside email and calendar apps for quick scheduling and with document sharing tools to enhance collaboration, which makes planning much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes meetings can lag when the internet is weak, and reconnecting takes time. The app can also feel a bit heavy on mobile devices. Too many notifications can be distracting. A lighter app and smarter notification control would make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace solves staying connected with my team remotely, reducing communication gaps with reliable and clear video calls, chat, and screen sharing, saving time.

Simple, Dependable Meetings with Clear Audio/Video and All-in-One Scheduling

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how simple and dependable it is. Meetings start on time, the audio and video quality are clear, and I don’t have to worry about tech issues. I also like that chat, meetings, and scheduling are all in one place, which saves a lot of time. Even people who aren’t very tech-savvy can use it without much trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features, which is great, but it can feel a little confusing at first. Some tools are hidden in menus, so it takes time to find everything. Also, some of the more useful features are only available on paid plans, which can be frustrating if you’re on a budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of poor communication, especially for remote or hybrid teams. It brings everyone together in one space, so meetings, messages, and collaboration don’t feel scattered. For me, it means fewer misunderstandings, quicker discussions, and staying connected with my team even when we’re not in the same office.

Overall experience is great but still I wish they get added more than 40 minutes in free version.

What do you like best about the product?
So I'm working at a company where I'm ordered a work from home. means my day is basically one long meeting after another, and Zoom is what keeps things running without any drama and with ease. The best part for me is definitely the stability and smooth interface I must say. In Delhi, especially rainy days, sometimes the internet fluctuates or the weather gets crazy, but Zoom somehow manages to keep the call going even on a shaky connection that's a reliable part over other platforms I guess. So I'm glad to use this correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's truly great but not the best obviously. As for long meetings, the phone or laptops get heats up and also the worst past? The 40 minutes time limit (obviously free version) but this is not a great thing. We have important sessions and topics to cover in official meetings but calls get cut suddenly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I guess the biggest problem solving is that it solved Chaos of communication. It honestly just saves me time and mental peace. I can finish my meetings faster, explain my points clearly and properly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Zoom Workplace could improve the interface and add more good features. I'd like the addition of customized features and more stable connections.

An All-in-One Platform That Makes Team Communication Simple

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it brings everything into one place—meetings, chat, calls, and collaboration—so work feels simple and organized. It’s easy to use, reliable even on low internet, and makes connecting with people quick and stress-free. 👍
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can feel a bit heavy and cluttered with too many features for simple use. It also uses a lot of system resources at times, and some useful options are locked behind paid plans, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Zoom Workplace is solving:
Fragmented communication – Instead of switching between separate apps for messaging, video calls, and file sharing, Zoom Workplace puts them together in one platform.
Unclear collaboration – Teams often lose track of discussions and files. Zoom Workplace keeps messages, meetings, and documents in threads so things are easier to find.
Remote work challenges – It makes virtual meetings and team chats feel more natural and connected, even when people aren’t in the same place.

Professional and Intuitive, But Needs Better Bandwidth Options

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for professional meetings and also for formal interviews. It really helps in keeping things professional. I appreciate the one-on-one chat function, which aids in sharing insights without interrupting the entire meeting flow. The interactions feature and background changing feature are also really good. Additionally, the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was really easy and didn't require much hassle. Zoom Workplace adds a professional touch to the whole virtual meeting scenario, and I integrate it with Zoom Whiteboard for proper productivity. My team's first preference was Zoom Workplace, and it still is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The requirement for a stable bandwidth is not suitable for people with slow speed internet connections and also if you want to conduct meetings with a large number of people, it requires paid subscriptions. Instead of requiring a specific bandwidth, there should be an option available for people to select a mode which requires less internet and only transmits audio. The subscription model has become an issue because the competitors like Google Meet are providing their services for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for professional meetings, and it helps keep things professional with one-on-one chat that doesn't interrupt meetings. It allows host control and interactions, enhancing the overall meeting experience.

Efficient and Professional Tool with Room for Improvement

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I frequently use Zoom Workplace for work meetings on my laptop, and it makes conducting meetings very easy. It has a very efficient interface with various options like screen sharing, muting participants, creating scheduled calls, and making groups for conversations, which is very smooth. I find it better for professional tasks than WhatsApp, as it enables easy connection with colleagues. I like the beginner-friendly UI interface, which made getting used to the platform easy for my team and me. The feature of being able to integrate and pre-edit all my needs makes work more professional and integrated. Also, using various tools like Snapchat for camera filters and other audio tools makes my meetings more efficient and attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the problems is that Zoom Workplace consumes too much data, and lag issues are one of the biggest problems due to the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for work meetings and find it makes connecting with colleagues easy. It has options like screen sharing, muting, and scheduled calls that make work more professional and smooth compared to alternatives like Google Meet.

Reliable Meetings, Great Features, Minor Connectivity Hiccups

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of use and reliability. The interface is simple, meetings start quickly, and the audio and video quality remains stable even on an average internet connection. I value the screen sharing, high-quality audio and video, chat during meetings, recording features, and easy meeting setup, which stand out from other apps. Initial setup was quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the high resource usage of Zoom Workplace, which can be a bit of a drain on my device. There are also limitations in the free version that can be frustrating. Occasionally, I experience connectivity issues where video or audio may lag, especially on slower or unstable internet connections. The limited customization options can be a downside too. Plus, the learning curve for some advanced features means they're not very intuitive for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for online meetings and video calls. It helps me with screen sharing, team collaboration, scheduling, and calendar integration.
