  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and has a great interface. It works really well for calling prospects, and the text messaging feature is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features make the overall cost higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports our outreach to prospects and makes it easier to book meetings with them. The call recording feature also helps us revisit conversations later and use them for coaching our sales reps, so we can reinforce what went well and address areas to improve.

Reliable and Easy to Use, but Missing Areas to Improve

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a reliable and user-friendly video conferencing platform. The installation and registration process is fast and straightforward allowing users to get started in just a few minutes. Its features are intuitive and well-organized making the platform easy to use even for first-time users. Zoom offers all the essential tools for meetings and collaboration without feeling overwhelming. The design is modern and pleasant, which makes the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Zoom is that the free plan comes with a time limit on meetings which can be inconvenient for longer discussions. While the platform is generally easy to use and well-designed, this restriction can interrupt workflow or require frequent restarts for extended meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves several key communication and collaboration challenges that many teams face. It eliminates the need for in‑person meetings or long email threads by providing reliable video conferencing, instant messaging, and screen sharing all in one place. This helps reduce misunderstandings and speeds up decision‑making.

User-Friendly, Versatile, and Accessible on Browser & App

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s user-friendly and offers both browser and app access, which Google Meet doesn’t have. The extensions are also pretty useful, and overall it’s versatile and used by almost everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a few minor bug fixes, especially around common issues with logging in and connecting meeting audio and video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to connect with clients and friends easily.

Accessible and Feature-Rich for County Coordination

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its easy features when I'm a presenter. The different options available for the audience's abilities and accessibility are really helpful. It's also an easily accessible way to connect people from different organizations when working county-wide. I found the initial setup very simple and to the point, and it was easy to speak to our HR about the setup process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say figuring out a way to make a simplified version for young users like children. Simplifying what their abilities are when they log into a child-friendly account, because I used to be a preschool teacher, and the amount of times kids were able to mute themselves or things like that got ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is an easily accessible way to connect people from different organizations county-wide, with easy features for presenters and options catering to the audience's abilities and accessibility.

Solid Video, Lacking Workplace Features

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace includes its AI Companion in the standard paid licenses at no additional charge. The one click entry makes setup easy, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the 'video' part is rock solid, the 'workplace' expansion has introduced some significant growing pains. There's a 'bloatware' feeling, and there's friction with Zoom Mail & Calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for video meetings, and it solves context switching issues. The AI Companion is a great addition to the standard paid licenses at no extra cost, changing user psychology and adoption curve, and improving operational and financial metrics.

Efficient Conferencing with Minor Audio Glitches

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for work meetings and I like that it allows efficient conferencing with hardly any glitches. The multitasking features stand out to me as I can multitask in meetings without any concern for lagging or viruses on my PC or phone. The variety of backgrounds offered provides a different look and feel to presentations, which is especially helpful in a professional setting. The initial setup wasn't difficult, taking just a couple of minutes to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with the audio when using a computer. The sound from the computer is affected, unlike with my phone where there's no problem. Sometimes when I disconnect the headset, the audio from the meeting stops, so I have to close the app and restart it to fix the issue occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for efficient conferencing with hardly any glitches. It lets me multitask without lagging and personalizes presentations with diverse backgrounds, enhancing professionalism.

Seamless Integration and AI-Driven Efficiency

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace seamlessly integrates and features AI-driven automation that users in 2026 consistently highlight as valuable. I find the Workspace Reservation feature brilliant for hybrid teams; it allows me to see a floor map, book a desk next to a specific teammate, and have my Zoom profile and calendar automatically sync to the desk's hardware. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace is generally straightforward, especially for those already having a basic Zoom account, making it an easy transition from other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the AI Companion is great, it’s not perfect. It occasionally misattributes quotes or misses technical nuance in complex discussions, requiring a manual proofread of every summary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace addresses the cognitive drain of context switching, reduces manual meeting admin, and ends team resource fragmentation. It integrates seamlessly and automates tasks with AI, while Workspace Reservation supports hybrid work by syncing my profile to office hardware.

Centralizes Communication, Eases Meeting Overload

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Zoom Workplace centralizes video, chat, mail, calendar, tasks, and whiteboards into one hub, saving me time from switching between different apps. With HD video conferencing capabilities for up to 100 participants, it's great for meetings and collaboration. The automatic generation of meeting summaries, highlights, and action items is a huge time-saver, eliminating the need for me to take notes and ensuring nothing is lost in long discussions. I also appreciate the straightforward setup process, especially since it supports existing Zoom accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tasks Hub is handy but not as robust as dedicated project management tools like Asana. Complex workflows or dependencies aren't fully supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace centralizes video, chat, mail, calendar, tasks, and whiteboards, saving me time switching apps. Its AI generates meeting summaries, highlights, and action items, so nothing gets lost in discussions.

Simplifies Video Conferencing with Great Clarity

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace allows me to connect with many members at a single time, which makes video conferencing so much easier. The video clarity is awesome on Zoom calls, helping me to communicate clearly and ensuring many members can understand easily. I also find the setup to be easy and simple, with a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom calls have a video call cut issue. In certain times, this call cut issue persists. It would be better if they improve their software for this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to connect with colleagues easily in group video calls, which saves me from calling everyone individually. The video clarity is awesome, which helps me communicate clearly so many members understand easily.
