Easy Peer Interaction and Hands-On Experience, but Could Use More Features

Zoom workspace let us to interact with the peers, it's very easy to use and hand's on experience is good

Sometimes the features which Zoom workspace provide doesn't feels like sufficient and could be more featured

Zoom workspace, is easy to use and it solves real life challenge such as stable connection in remote areas, where high end software is required, and allowing users to use it fully

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its ability to centralize communication and collaboration by bringing meetings, chat, files, and teamwork into one unified platform. I appreciate how it keeps conversations and context together, so I can easily pick up where I left off, find past discussions or files quickly, and move smoothly between chat, meetings, and collaboration without switching apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like task tracking and workflow customization could be better, and teams may still need other tools to manage projects. Search and navigation can also feel a bit slow in busy workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves fragmented communication by unifying meetings, chat, and files into one workspace. I like that it keeps conversations and context together, making it easy to find past discussions and switch smoothly between tasks without changing apps.
Empowers Education with Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace lets me turn one big class into small discussion groups in seconds, which is powerful and feels like real classroom bench groups but cleaner and faster to manage. It's great that if someone misses class or didn’t understand, they can replay the session with the chat and transcript, so learning doesn’t get lost. The setup was quick, beginner-friendly, and stress-free. It's much better than a blackboard for showing PPTs, drawings, software, PDFs, and live problem-solving, as students can see everything clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recordings take space and managing them is not very simple for teachers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for education; it lets me show PPTs, drawings, software, PDFs, and solve problems live, which students see clearly. It's better than a blackboard sometimes. Splitting a class into groups is like bench groups, cleaner and faster. Replay with chat and transcript means learning isn’t lost.
My preferred platform for seamless remote meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how reliable the connection is, even when I'm on a weaker Wi‑Fi signal. The interface is easy to use, and features like screen sharing work really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the updates feel a bit too frequent and they can pop up right when I’m trying to join a meeting. I’ve also noticed it can be fairly heavy on my computer’s CPU, which can be frustrating.

It solves the problem of distance by providing a stable platform for high-quality video calls. The quality is great and crisp, making conversations feel clear and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to join meetings and start calls without any complicated setup. Screen sharing and chat make discussions simple, and the audio/video quality is usually clear, which makes online sessions smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version imposes time limits on meetings, which can cut longer sessions short and disrupt the flow. Also, I can’t open Zoom meetings directly from the browser anymore; I have to download the Zoom app instead.

It helps me join online meetings and discussions from anywhere, making communication easier when meeting in person isn’t possible. This saves time and keeps coordination smooth.

Zoom’s easy connectivity, along with its calendar, helps me organise my meetings in a more disciplined and structured way.

Their floating toolbar can sometimes be inconvenient during presentations.

It helps me stay connected with team members when working remotely. I can also present my work clearly to my colleagues.
Simple Setup, Some Integration Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is simple to access and set up meetings. It's easy to set up a meeting and have it show up in my Outlook calendar. Being able to have productive calls from home is also something I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this could be easier, the process of adding Zoom over Teams directly in Outlook. I only need to toggle a switch to link a Teams meeting on a calendar invite, but only know how to go into Zoom directly to do it for that chat platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for productive calls from home. It's simple to access and set up meetings, which easily show up in my Outlook calendar.

Reliable, Clear Meetings and Solid Chat with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable and always clear for meetings, even when I can’t take them at my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, I haven’t had many issues while using Zoom. It’s always been something I can count on for calls, and even for messaging. The call quality is solid, so if you don’t want to interrupt the speaker, you can still get your point across in the chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it helps with communication both internally and externally with new potential vendors. It’s especially valuable when you can’t always meet face to face. Being able to clearly convey what you’re trying to communicate is important so that potential clients feel confident in the company.
Effortless Meetings with Stellar Recording
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for video calls, interviews, and internal team meetings. I find it easy to use, even for newbies, which is great. The recording feature is the best part for me because it solves the problem of recalling meetings and sharing them with those who miss them. It’s also very light software, so it loads quickly and doesn’t consume much RAM. I like that it’s available in both desktop and website modes. I find Zoom much easier than Google Meet, especially explaining it to clients. The initial setup was very easy, whether I was using the web view or installing the app.

I find Zoom Workplace's recording feature helps recall missed meeting points and share with absent members. Its ease and lightness make it quick to load on small laptops, saving time and effort, unlike heavier software without recording.
