My goto tool for video conferencing!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very fluid, and can be used anywhere. Team members not near a computer can use the call in feature from wherever they are situated- international or domestic. You can file-share with your group, record all calls. You can set up recurring calls, send out calendar invites from the app without you having to resort to using another platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is a great tool. The free version limits your calls to about 40 minutes. It's best to invest in the full version. It's worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has bridged the gap in meeting sessions. You no longer need to meet "in person" . You can meet virtually from wherever you are, the car, park, beach, back yard, overseas, grocery store.. It has made it easier to get all team members together. You can even use the screen sharing system to collaborate on presentations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is very reliable and provides a great user experience, even if you are a novice.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy and smooth it makes virtual meetings, with great video quality and simple features that anyone can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can be resource-heavy, sometimes causing slowdowns or connection issues, especially during larger meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote collaboration by making virtual meetings easy and accessible. It benefits me by enabling smooth communication with teams, no matter where everyone is located.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy and efficient interface always attracts me . I have used it for video as well as audio meetings and it goes along so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a great plateform for meetings and i didn't see any drawback. Nothing to dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
What’s most helpful about Zoom Workplace is the multi platform consistency of settings and program stability which works for video conferencing. Features a low latency video stream as well on mobile as on the computer and able to facilitate learning and screen sharing with ease and integrated well
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much that I dislike however zoom could improve with its auto closed captioning system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Zoom Workplace solving is with the latency and lag problems we had with Skype so we switched to using Zoom for improved stability and strength in our videoconferencing app with phone pc and multiple form factors.

What do you like best about the product?
If we use Zoom App in mobile it will send notification before the meeting starts , its a good option
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times while switch on the video it may take some time or its not clearly visible to the another person, please fix it asap

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom can generate a unique link to everyone invited to a meeting. This link is accessibly only to those who receive it which is great in order to prevent cybersecurity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom dislikes, the settings are a little hard to get used to. They are not as user friendly as I imaged them to be. Some of these zoom setting examples would be changing the host or muting the audio for attendees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing the world to get connected since it allows over 100 users to stay in touch with the click of a link. You're able to see everyone's faces and not just a few, which is great for engagement and participation purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Support for a native linux client made this product stand out. They offer native clients for all OSs and a web client. Sophisticated features if you need them, but above all the quality is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface not quite as elegant as gotomeeting but I'm sure it will improve over time. Just an aesthetic complaint, doesn't affect functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use audio and video conferencing with customers across the globe, as well as internally. We had been using another platform that was easy to use but had inconsistent quality. The main bonus with Zoom is that the quality has been reliable and that makes us confident putting it in front of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
This program is easy to use and very reasonably priced. I can't do without it!

It's always a great idea to see your clients when speaking to them. Why just call when you can see them and talk to them. You can also record the session for future review/use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Zoom eliminated spell check in the chat!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No particular problem was solved. I believe clients feel more comfortable when they can see me and can relate better to my coaching.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a must if you're a coach, or have non-local customers. It's always good to put a name with a face!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and I like that there is a share screen where I can request for control of their screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I am still trying to use all the feature in Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In-person meeting with staff who are not in the same location. Quick meeting with the ability to view staff's screen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is great for webinar meetings. Its computer and phone features make it easy for everyone to join in. I really recommend trying Zoom if anyone is considering using webinars for any training meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy for everyone to understand and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have an account set up on my gmail account but can't figure out how to log in with my preferred email address. It's an extra step every time I set up a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most clients seem to know how to get on a Zoom call so easy to provide tech support. I love being able to meet via Zoom. It saves travel time, parking and I love always being on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep your other conference meeting software as a back-up until Zoom sorts out their bugs.
