Great video conferencing tool especially with the increase in remote employees and many offices.
What do you like best about the product?
From a user stand point it connects to quite a bit of our clients conferencing tools. It's fairly easy for our users to use.
From a tech stand point: It's easy to manage the users and the zoom rooms. "end to end encryption".

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really against zoom, but we have many clients and they use different conferencing tools that do not connect to zoom so we need to download the software for that conferencing software. It makes thing a bit more difficult when zoom is at the same level and Kleenex ( i have a zoom room. that's actually a google meet, Microsoft teams, GoToMeeting, bluejeans, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: unable to have face-to-face meetings with staff and clients
Benefits: Being able to connect to staff and clients virtually to have a more personable relationship with our remote employees which aligns with our company views.

If you want a conferencing platform that is easy to use with fair prices for hardware deployments. Then Zoom is a good choice.
If you want to easily manage users and conference rooms. Zoom is for you.
If you want a conferencing software that allows users from 3rd party conference tools to join into a zoom room. Then Zoom is for you. Zoom has allowed to us to connect our staff and clients to zoom rooms even though they connected using a different software like Microsoft Teams.

Ease of use, friendly UI, quick to launch and schedule.

Sometimes launch in browser fails, but this is intermittent

Breakout room feature is my favorite as it allows me to break out my class into groups as well as in meetings and collaboration.

When they make updates and change tour settings.

it was a very easy software very useful and helpful to make meetings, especially in the Covid-19 era and the lockdown that happened it makes work, meetings. and reporting to our managers easy from home.

I did not dislike anything in this program. it was very helpful for any business type like schools, companies, universities, and any other institution. it allows all people make meetings free and easily.

There are many benefits to making meetings easier to make especially in covid-19 virus and lockdown happened. Also, it makes life easier in that difficult conditions

Though from security perspective they have improved drastically however it is still Low in terms of security features it should be more secure and safe

The simplicity of it. It only takes a few seconds to create a meeting and send out the link. I have never needed to contact Support so far, because it always works when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes work with people that don't use it. I wish scheduling Zoom meetings via Outlook was easier; Outlook pushes Microsoft Teams a lot.

Zoom makes it very simple to meet and coordinate remotely. Screen-sharing is great. It makes it easy to include people in meetings even when they are on a different continent. It is easy to send out a link and get everyone on the same page, whether that is a one-on-one meeting, or a meeting with the whole company

Try it for free. You can have up to 40-minute meetings with the free plan. It is hands-down better than Google or Microsoft's options. If you need longer meetings you can upgrade to a paid plan.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use, to set up new meetings and webinars, and get people invited. The analytics are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are sharing your screen sometimes it is hard to find the zoom interface/console again to mute/unmute or any other host settings. We always have to have to people on to make sure it runs smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we can have meetings again, which we cannot do in person at this time. That we do not have to do as much travel in the future to have productive meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome platform, works for small to extremely large meetings, and it very easy for the whole team to use. Partners well with many of our other products like Hubspot, which allows us to make sure we are maximizing our ROI on Zoom and others.

Love being able to work from home and still stay in touch with my co-workers through zoom conferences!

Nothing really! Maybe the fact that I actually have to dress appropriately to appear on camera!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Been working from home for 6 months now and still keeping in touch and coordinating everything with co-workers just like we did in in-person meetings at the office! In my personal life have been taking yoga classes using zoom as well. Have amazing teachers and the classes feel as nice and just as productive as in person classes did! The teacher is live with us, correcting our posture,giving us tips on how to improve the poses, etc.. Definitely making it easier to stay in shape while staying safe at home during these pandemic times. Connection is always on point and stable, never had issues at all even when in conference with people overseas!

Definitely way better than skype, much more stable and reliable!
