Zoom is a great solution for people who need a contact with each other
What do you like best about the product?
zoom brings a lot of benefits to me, what I like the most about zoom is that it helped me study online during the covid 19 pandemic, I couldn't go to school and see friends, but thanks to zoom, I still participate. Join teachers' lectures, meet friends and the most special thing is that Zoom is completely free for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's hard to find what I'm not satisfied with about zoom, if so, I probably wouldn't like some of the rumors about zoom that the security feature of zoom is not good, possibly exposing user information. I hope this is not true
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a problem with zoom, when I first used it, we studied and talked together for a maximum of only 40 minutes, then zoom stopped, if we want to continue using it, we have to create a new meeting. , which would interrupt and sometimes frustrate me. But then I discovered unlimited zoom and knew how to sign up, so zoom time is no longer an obstacle, we can study and chat for as long as we want.

Zoom is essential for my company's hybrid work from home style.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features include screen recording, screen sharing, and custom backgrounds. I also like the camera settings that allow you to adjust the background, adjust for low light, and even 'touch' up your appearance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom could improve by adding more backgrounds as well as creating zoom links that are not necessarily viewed as a URL. If it was possible to share a zoom link in a more user-friendly format it might help some less tech-savvy people hop on the zoom call with a little less coaching on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not run into any problems with zoom other than not configuring certain settings due to the lack of meeting controls options in the actual app. I have greatly benefitted from Zoom's integrations as well as the ability to meet with my co-workers and prospects face to face (virtually). Zoom has allowed my company to maintain our company culture even while working from home.
Hold meetings with anyone, anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's worldwide support is what I like best about the software. You can use it anywhere to have conferences with just about anyone. It doesn't matter if they use Zoom or not frequently because Zoom allows anyone to join conferences as a guest regardless of the device they're operating. Anyone can host a conference from any device, after which they can send invitations to the people they want in their conference via email if they don't use Zoom or add a list of participants from their contacts list. If they're your contact on Zoom, Zoom will automatically send them a private message with your invitation on your behalf. Conferences are top-notch and Zoom uses around 1Mbps for conferences, allowing you to communicate effectively even on slower connections. At the very least, you'll have audio conferences with no issues no matter where you are, which use even fewer data. Zoom is perfect for webinars as it allows presentations from any file type. You can add the slides you've created from Powerpoint or Slide into the task area to begin a presentation immediately. The other participants can move to previous slides seamlessly and forward, but only up to the slide you're at. This gives them ample time to make notes or go through any specific points they may have missed without stalling the entire conference room. This is also very helpful in classrooms for students who want to go through a previous slide to comprehend better. Zoom supports the recording of conferences, which also extends to anything displayed within the conference, such as presentations. You can record and review every single detail at any time as Zoom makes the recordings available within the program immediately after the meeting has ended.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Zoom. It's been nothing but fantastic since day one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Zoom religiously for the past two years alongside my coworkers for our work and conferences. The COVID-19 pandemic made it impossible for us to work on-site, forcing us to work from home for the foreseeable future. Through Zoom, we've been able to accomplish this easily and transition to working from home without causing any disruption. The streamlined conferences make it possible to stay in touch with one another during group work since Zoom allows up to 100 users, which is more than enough since we rarely have more than 15 users at a time. Even when we're away from home and visiting family or relatives, we're able to continue our work using our laptops through which we can connect via Zoom. Working from home or anywhere but the office wouldn't be possible without Zoom, which has given us more flexibility. Zoom's presentations are flawless and allow us to have webinars with a large number of users. For group work, we strongly use screen sharing to pass information and brainstorm algorithms. The benefit of Zoom is that it's usable for any reason. Aside from businesses, even schools are using it for their classes and assignments. Besides face-to-face communication through conferences, students can get one-on-one sessions easily with the teacher at any time and being able to record the sessions makes it so that the students never miss any important topic that is taught.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My experience with Zoom comes from my business needs, which has been positive. I can vouch for Zoom as its features offer many different uses, including virtual classrooms and webinars. You can start using Zoom without paying any money, which is fantastic.
Best video conferencing app
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very good app for video conferencing. We can connect to atleast 100 people together in a video call. We can also do online meetings through this app. It is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security concern is there as hacker can hack the meeting password and share it to anyone and then people not wanted can also join the meeting. And if there is any issue with zoom then customer service can take 2 to 3 days to reach you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom is very easy to use. you can just set up your profile and if you wanna host any meeting then you can simply start a meeting and share it's password to the people who you want to join. You can use it on desktop, laptop or mobile phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will highly recommend Zoom app to all students and people who work.
Fantastic for meetings and collabs
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Zoom is that it allows you to connect and have meetings with people from any part of the world. You can have casual conversations or business conversations with one or more people at the same time. Zoom is fairly easy to use and its user interface is one of the friendlier ones. The quality of meetings is excellent and you can have virtual sessions without worrying about any possible audio fluctuations or video blur. Zoom can be used on any device of convenience, which is a huge upside as it allows you to work from anywhere, not just from your home. Many use Zoom for work, collabs, and classes now due to its streamlined features of screen sharing, file transfer, and webinars. You can have rooms with any number of participants, which helps greatly in having specific rooms for specific topics of discussion. Screen sharing can be done in one-on-one chats or meeting rooms for sharing purposes. For people working with multiple monitors, Zoom allows you to choose between sharing a specific window or a specific monitor, which shares the entire screen with all of the participants. Zoom is suitable for small to medium-sized meetings for free, where you can have up to 100 participants. But you can raise the limit to up to 300 participants by getting Zoom Pro or Zoom Business, making Zoom affordably scalable. You can record all meetings, calls, and screen shares on Zoom, which Zoom saves on the cloud for global access no matter the device. That being said, Zoom is also available for mobile phones, allowing you to have cross-platform communication with just about anyone you have as a contact. With Zoom Pro or Zoom Business, you can also have phone calls across the world using Zoom on your computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Zoom. It's been nothing but fantastic since I've started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems per se, but Zoom has been handy for meetings and collaborations. Working from home is a challenging task as you don't see your colleagues face-to-face nor do you have anyone to help when you run into issues. But Zoom helps ease that tension as you can communicate with anyone using chat messages or meetings. You can have private sessions or group sessions with more people. For productivity, Zoom offers a lot of value. With Zoom Pro or higher, you can have meetings that last up to 24 hours and up to 1GB in storage for recordings in the cloud. Screen sharing is what makes Zoom work as a reliable medium of collaboration as you can work together and allow remote access to any of the participants to control input devices such as mouse and keyboard. This is very helpful for customer support agents when they want to help clients with niche problems and train recruits. The benefit is easily Zoom's portability. You can use it on any medium, including web browsers. Zoom's plugins on Outlook, Chrome, Firefox, etc., allow easier management of meetings and clear up your schedule as necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't use Zoom, you're missing out on a variety of features to help with productivity and improve communication means. Zoom is easy to get started with since it's free and quick to download and install.
Stay connected with ease
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best platform for video conferences, allowing you to conduct your sessions whenever you want, wherever you want. You can have video conferences with up to 99 other participants and this limit can be raised to 300 based on your account type. You can also have private sessions with just one person by hosting a conference from their DMs. Zoom is the most intuitive software for conferences as it has the settings to help you prepare yourself. You can receive audio feedback on how your mic sounds and see your video quality before you enter any conference, which helps eliminate any possible issues with clarity as you can fix them beforehand. Zoom has built-in screen sharing, which is beneficial in work conferences and sessions with clients or customers where you're sharing your project or new product. You can easily get feedback from polls, surveys, and forms at any point during the session. Zoom allows you to stream your conference on social media platforms simultaneously, which is an excellent way for businesses to make their conference calls and announcements easy to view on apps like Facebook and YouTube to reach a wider audience who may not use Zoom. Zoom makes it possible for people to work from home through its seamless communication features. While screen sharing takes up the entire window space on other video conferencing applications, Zoom not only allows you to see people's videos simultaneously but also allows more than one person to share at the same time. What I like best is that I can use Zoom on my tablet when I'm not on my computer to participate in conferences and exchange information through DMs. Zoom on a tablet is perfect as it's a much bigger screen than a mobile phone and it has more room to see multiple speakers at once instead of just the active speaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom badly needs the options to allow users to lower or increase the volume of other speakers in the conference. Oftentimes there are issues where one speaker is too loud while the others are too soft or vice versa. An individual volume slider for each participant will allow us to change their volume to our preference as opposed to the default one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for work conferences and customer conference calls that we stream to our Facebook page and Youtube channel for broader reach. We've been steadily using Zoom for years for customer conference calls where we showcase new projects, products, and services we offer. We're able to interact with them easily without filling up space in our conference room while still getting the feedback we need from them through surveys, polls, and forms. Since the beginning of coronavirus, my coworkers and I have been pretty dependent on Zoom for our work to maintain social distance. Our day-to-day conferences greatly aid in having a good line of communication throughout our work sessions. Our screen sharing sessions make it possible to work as a group on various assignments and partake in training sessions. Zoom not only allows us to do our work but also have seamless interactions with customers and interns on a daily basis. Our sessions with interns allow us to assist and guide them into our ways of doing things. Even when there's no local network for us to send files with, we can use Zoom to send files instantly as it's pretty fast. Zoom also allows us to share presentations independent of screen sharing sessions, where we can move through the slides easily on Zoom. The other participants also get the ability to look at past slides and move up to where the presenter is at any time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is fantastic for video conferences and allows users to interact with each other and customers seamlessly. It's portable so you can use it anywhere, even on your web browser. This allows you to invite people to your conferences even if they don't have the app downloaded. Overall, it's the most versatile and easy-to-use software where communication happens.
The Most Intuitive and Simple to Join Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Zoom is that it provides me a live feed in the Settings regarding the CPU and Memory usage. It also helps me trach the bandwidth, for both sending and receiving operations. Many a time, it happens that multiple applications are open on my system, which leads to high Memory consumption. This feature helps me decide whether I would need to close some of these applications, and also to decide whether to switch my network to a better one in case more bandwidth is required. This is really helpful since I have daily team meetings wherein a lot of content is shared on-screen, people switch on their videos, and this increases RAM usage and bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some of the meetings, I have noticed that the camera directly tuns on as soon as I join, and I am not prepared for the same. I might be looking unprofessional, and this is really embarrassing during client calls wherein turning the camera on was not planned for. A separate message box should pop up to mention that the camera would be turned on upon joining the meeting so that people could ready themselves and adjust their looks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the current Work From Home environment, virtual meetings are a must to keep the team bonded and well-informed on the progress of the tasks. Since my team follows an Agile model, daily team huddles are a must, and hence a virtual meeting platform is required. Zoom comes to the rescue to aid with all the meetings the team has, ranging from daily huddles to client demonstrations. The features of reminders, screen sharing, video sharing, and annotations have been a real boon and have increased interactivity during the meets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend everyone to use Zoom. It is a very user-intuitive platform for having meetings, and helps creates groups and send messages with the same ease as with Whatsapp. You can also share messages with yourself which can act as reminders. A very helpful meeting platform.

Most satisfactory conferences
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers the best web conferencing today. It stands out in the category today for its ease of use and excellent UI and UX. You can have web conferences with people from all over the world at any time. You can have web conferences where only the host can display video or allow this permission to all participants. When creating a conference, you can enable the waiting room option, where all participants have to wait until you admit them into the main room. The waiting room will be available throughout the meeting, not just the beginning, making it convenient for participants who are late or their turn to participate isn't at the very beginning of the conference. Whether or not you're in a web conference, the text box and message threads are available all the time for chat-based conversations. You can have web conferences with one person or several people simultaneously. Zoom is excellent for those working from home as it provides the means to hide your background. Even if you don't have a green screen behind you, you can blur your surroundings or select a virtual background image that Zoom will display to the other participants for the sake of your privacy.
Furthermore, Zoom is an all-in-one software that you can use on phones and other devices for conferences if you cannot use your desktop computer. You can essentially take Zoom and your conferences with you in your pocket and attend them from anywhere.
Furthermore, Zoom is an all-in-one software that you can use on phones and other devices for conferences if you cannot use your desktop computer. You can essentially take Zoom and your conferences with you in your pocket and attend them from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get only 40 minutes of conferencing time if you're using Zoom without a subscription. This limit only exists for web conferences involving two other people or more. If it's just you and one other person, there's no such limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is excellent for conferences, which I use it for daily. It allows me to connect and work with my coworkers seamlessly as we've been relegated to work remotely due to the lockdown. Although the restrictions aren't as strict as they use to be, we continue to work remotely as it allows us to be productive and save time and money on the commute to the office. Zoom has been so handy that it solves all problems that can arise from not having face-to-face communication in real life. My coworkers and I can work at our own pace without any time wastage since there is constant communication and collaboration throughout the day. For any issues we run into, we can solve them by sharing screens, a feature for which Zoom is well-known. File transfer is quick and secure on Zoom, enabling us to send confidential company data and software code we work on without any data leak. Zoom ensures our conference rooms are secure with the help of the waiting list, where we have full control over who we admit into our conferences. Remote work at our organization wouldn't be possible without Zoom and it's by far the most important tool for producing consistent results and being time efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering Zoom after using another web conferencing software, you'll find it easier to use due to its intuitive UI and excellent UX. It guarantees fantastic results and it's free to download. You can also use it on your other compatible devices and conference from anywhere.
I started using Zoom when the pandemic hit and it has helped me immensely
What do you like best about the product?
I am an assistant teacher. So, during this last year and a half, we have been using Zoom to teach. It is incredible how this tool has allowed us to "transfer" many in-person activities we used to do with students to an online environment. For example: Group them, let them work together, and then call them back to the main room to check their work. Another great thing is that we can lock the meeting room. We have used this feature several times. When we have to talk privately with some students, we would tell them to arrive earlier, lock the room before everyone starts accessing and speak to them. Also, at the end of presentations, we usually say goodbye to them, and we stay in the room, block it and start reviewing works without the fear they may enter the meeting room without us noting, just like it was during the in-person classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I think can be improved. For example, we must call the students back to the main room. Two possible ways: One is to enter the room they are in and tell them to go back; the other is using the announcement option, but letters are so small, and if students do not see their screen, they won't even notice it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are translating physical classes to virtual ones. One of the benefits is that students now feel like they are all "in the front row". We usually have rooms of 20-30 students, and not all of them get to be in the front row. Now, all can hear their partner's critics and comments on their work. Another great thing is that we can record classes, and we can share them with students later. The "raising hand" emoji is also a great option to know when students participate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom offers the best user experience. If you are new to virtual meetings (as we all were before the pandemic started), it may take you a while to get used to it. But soon, you will love it. You will want to change it for any other software.
