Great experience with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is how simple and easy it is. Connectivity and download is fast and the audio and camera qualities are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app for your laptop doesn't allow you to see if there are any scheduled meetings for any recurring meetings. You have to go to the website to check availability to ensure there is no overlap and that can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems with Zoom that is being solved.
Excellent experience, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom has a simple user interface. The complexity of the product is configurable through the administrator settings but users don't have to see it. Breakout rooms are critical to the ability to use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although many features is nice, I actually think it is better to keep the product simple. It is getting harder and harder to administer. I would like to have a resettable timer so I know how long a practice session is going. I would also like to be able to show a timer to participants, especially in break-out rooms (but in the main room as well) to show how much time we have for particular segments or participant presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote meetings. It prevents having to travel.
Whiteboard Option
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom Whiteboard feature is very helpful and easy to use. This option makes it easier for me to convey information to customers. I also like the fact that I can easily record meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an easier way to share meeting information with attendees. I often email a long invitation and it would be easier if it were just a link instead of an invitation that includes a lot of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to meet with clients and meeting via Zoom helps to provide rapport and a more personalized approach. Clients do not have to travel to my office for a meeting. I can have meetings clients wherever I happen to be.
First business subscription-still using 7yrs later
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to communicate across the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sound is very quiet without headphones and it is fixable but I'm not sure why the auto sound option isn't loud speaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in a small-ish town. Zoom allows me to reach my audience from far outside the reach a brick and mortar could attain.
Great Platform for Video - Missing Webinar Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been extremely valuable in helping host webinars and virtual meetings with clients. I like how easy it is to integrate with just about every app out there and quality during meetings have never dropped. I would highly recommend to any business - large or small. Way better than using Teams or Google Meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Zoom for webinars but it feels like the tool is a bit outdated. The customization options for branding emails is limited and not very user friendly. Seems like it fails in comparison to other webinar platforms like ON24.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly webinars. We use it a ton for hosting large-group webinars for our clients. We stopped using it for internal meetings because Google stepped up Google Meet but this has become the primary platform for sales/outside folks.
Easy to use!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it enables me to screen share. It's also easy to setup meetings in a pinch from both the app as well as the outlook plug-in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to record my meeting sessions if at all possible so I can refer back to the discussion at a later date.

Zoom is allowing me to connect with businesses throughout the country as well as the world that are necessary for me to function in my capacity. Thereby eliminating the gap that travel restrictions create.
Excellent service for a non-profit
What do you like best about the product?
Improvements in features keep coming, tech support is always good, non-profit pricing, ability to customize and lock-down camera square placements,
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple accounts are expensive, double-factor authentication is onerous for multiple users on a single account, can't speak into breakout rooms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covid precautions alternative, digital recordings of conferences, the ability to broadcast music in stereo (simultaneous with speaking)
Best Platform for Internal & External Communication among Teams
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom for internal chat and messaging among our team all day every day. We also use it for meetings with clients. I love the versatility of an all-in-one platform that's so widely adopted in the business community!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoom is the limits on features for hosting virtual trainings without paying a hefty licensing fee per event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team works remotely, in four different cities, so Zoom helps us stay connected and get more accomplished without having to pick up the phone or use personal text messaging to ask quick questions. It makes us feel more connected, just like if we were an in-person team.

I can record easily and share my meetings with the people I work with. I can conduct group business if necessary.

The sound quality should be more updated and higher quality. Either for performing a song or even just general speaking.

Great Way To Communicate
What do you like best about the product?
Ease to log in. Ease to invite others to the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have shared a screen and then move to something else to show the screen, you don't get a notification that you are not sharing what you moved on to.
Also, when I schedule a meeting and want to copy just the link to the meeting to add it to my own calendar, it takes a few extra steps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings with clients. Easy to show info and work around my and my client's schedules. I feel more productive because I don't have to spend time driving to and from meetings.
