What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how comfortable and easy it is to attend meetings, download transcripts, record sessions, share my screen, and handle everything else I need during a meeting. It also integrates smoothly with different tools like Google Calendar, Slack, etc. Its performance is extremely good and reliable. The pricing and ROI feel valuable and worth it. It also makes onboarding new users easy. The AI features in Zoom make it one of the best picks for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really like Zoom’s UI or overall design very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier and more streamlined to connect with people and share knowledge.

Effortless Setup, Exceptional Video Quality
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for team meetings, webinars, and especially for continuing education courses. I love the ease of use and the clear connection with great video and audio. I've never had a problem with Zoom Workplace, even when sometimes the internet connection interferes with other meetings. The setup was as easy as logging in, setting camera and audio settings, and I was ready to go. It's been great to use so far.

There is nothing I dislike about Zoom Workplace.

Zoom Workplace allows me to continue learning and gaining knowledge from wherever I am.

Downloading the app can take up a lot of storage space on a MacBook.

Easy Audio/Video Controls and Handy Outlook Calendar View
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to control audio and video settings. Allows you to see your Outlook calendar as well.

It has too many windows, opening a web browser as well as the app, and does not close all when the meeting is over.

Easy to use, easy to mmeet with external as well as internal clients

The multiple functionalities of Zoom allow one to accomplish different tasks without the need to change from one place to place or App to App.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Zoom is its ability to keep one in a place for long hours. The problem of online security was a major concern at the beginning but it is not anymore with the improvements.

A major problem that Zoom is solving is the problem of communicating with others without having to drive. It also saves drive time and mitigates the possibility of getting infected with COVID-19.

It’s very helpful for communicating over long distances. The UI/UX is user-friendly, and overall it’s very easy to use.

It doesn’t integrate with Gmail, unlike Google Meet.

It helps us communicate effectively when working from home and when communicating with clients.
