Simple & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
You can create a meeting that others can join with no issues. Being able to schedule a reoccurring meeting, along the lines of being able to set up one off meetings so that way others can join is a great option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside would unfortunately have to be cost, it would be great if zoom did nonprofit discounts along with a discount for reoccurring users. That would be the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is able to get people together, it is able to make sure that others are able to join without any issues connecting people face-to-face. Along with being able to collaborate with others easily.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. I also love the recording feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at the moment. Zoom meets my needs.

Allowing me to communicate virtually with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
After the pandemic, we needed to find a way to transition our business online. It couldn't have been posssible without a platform like zoom allowing great quality online meetings, I love that I could customize my meetings. All my meetings now are held on zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if zoom could bring in the feature of a sceduling link like other apps on the market today where people could pick a time for the meeting based on the availability on our calendar then it would be an even bigger platform for us to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that we had in our consulting business was the need to go in person for our meetings. So that is the biggest problem that zoom has solved for us. Being able to work from anywhere, anytime and hold meetings online.
Zoom Saves Time & Travel
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meetings save travel time and give us a chance to attend meetings we normally wouldn't take time to.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't read people's reactions and chat personally with them as you would in an in-person meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Zoom during the pandemic. We are a non-profit youth music program. Our board meeting attendance became nearly perfect for each meeting.
Great Tool to Connect with My Team and Clients
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for connecting with my team when one or more is traveling and connecting with out-of-state clients. I like the ability to share my screen and presentation with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connectivity issues where the internet is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of connecting with my team and clients when face to face in person isn't convenient or not an option.
Loving Zoom Since 2015
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability for group meetings. I host meetings with people around the world and love the audio and video connection. Zoom works for 99% of my clients. Outside of Mainland China it's 100%,
What do you dislike about the product?
Webinar management. Setting up webinars, reminders emails, and integrating with my email software has never been easy. It's always a little clunky. I would love a great plug-and-play webinar. Where I set up all the details of the event and Zoom hosts a killer landing page, manages sign-up, email reminders, replays, and mailing list integration. I have had to use multiple tools to do this in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped me create a business that works with clients around the world virtually. It made meetings very simple. It's incredibly reliable.
Amazing video conferencing software!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an amazing resource for conducting webinars and meetings for professional and personal use. The software is easy to use and provides a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but it would be a beneficial feature to include a quick meeting type conference option for those that are looking to have an informal catch-up or meeting with the option for only audio - or a combination of audio and video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are limited resources that provide the capabilities that Zoom offers and it allows me to maintain social interaction and communication in a completely remote job position.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Zoom. Being able to share the screen, using the chat during meetings is great for me during group meetings, and it's affordable. The program is so versatile and adapts to all my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many settings, that it's hard to know what they all do and what is best for my needs. I get confused sometimes about what certain things do. There are probably features that I don't know about but that would be helpful to me if I knew more about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with clients all over the country and a few times in other places in the world. This has allowed me to expand my coaching business and who I can interview for my podcast.
Ease of Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I work with a team of individuals from across the state. It makes it easy for us to communicate and share ideas in a meeting-style setting even though we're not in the same room. Meetings are easy to set up and the links make it easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when my program freezes and I have to shut it down in the middle of a meeting. When that happens I'm not able to get back in using the same link. There have even been times when I'm the host of the meeting and I (the host) get booted but the rest of the team is still able to meet even when I'm logged off. I don't know how this is possible when the host is gone but it has happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Per my previous answer, I hope they're solving the issues regarding having the program freeze. This tends to happen when there area number of people on the meeting.
Driving My Business Forward
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up meetings and schedule multiple meetings in advance. I like that I can easily record calls as needed. Love the virtual background and blurred options which allow me to meet from anywhere without anyone knowing where I actually am!
What do you dislike about the product?
On some calls with lots of people, I would like to be able to easily mute and unmute everyone. I believe this can be done but I have to search for it. If calls get too noisy or someone forgets to mute, having the ability to easily mute and unmute people would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to easily meet with clients is huge. It's been a total gamechanger for my business!! Seeing a client's face is so important which obviously on a phone call is not possible.
