Saves so Much Time
What do you like best about the product?
Very stable and easy to use. Many have used it during the Covid lockdown, so there is very little need to train people on how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues at this time. From the many updates, they seem to be fixing bugs that show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to make initial sales calls quickly and cheaply to prequalify the customer. More appointments in less time increase our ROI. We also use it to support our clients without needing to make onsite visits.
Zoom Meetings for Art workshops
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and navigate. I run workshops mostly for retired folks who need a little help sometimes getting going, but it has been easy to coach them. We use the recording function regularly (to the cloud) and students are happy to have recordings to download and save. Using zoom enabled the teaching team to work from home during the pandemic. Students save money by being able to enjoy a live workshop experience without the cost or hassle of travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I have a paid account, customer service is difficult. I wish I could speak to someone live, by phone, when I have a question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is enabling us to continue to provide live instruction when travel became prohibitive. Now that travel requirements have eased, we plan to continue to use Zoom for workshops
I have never been let down by Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely user friendly and allows users of all abilities to meet and take advantage of the options offered within the platform. Best platform I've used
What do you dislike about the product?
I jo early have nothing negative to say here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings with international members. Having face to face interaction is extremely helpful when brainstorming and is, of course, immediate. No waiting for emails or messages.
Great for Speech Therapists
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Zoom for work because of Covid 19. Now it is my favorite program and I use it with all my clients. It is easy to use and fun to modify (using a green screen). I also use the whiteboard and share items. It is very reliable and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calendar holds on to meetings I had canceled. It is super easy to delete them though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is working on adding things to help us, such as the whiteboard. I use the whiteboard all the time in my field.
Reliable, constantly adding new features, clear connections on Wi-Fi or over cellular data.
What do you like best about the product?
Fully featured. Whether just having a quick meeting or recording a detailed conference for reference later, being able to see and hear everyone clearly is never an issue on Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the features of the mobile version more closely mimicked the feature set on the desktop version, but even this is acceptable with a small learning curve and some tolerance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having groups that are geographically disperse - Zoom lets us have impromptu meetings without having to suffer traffic and gas prices. We can meet wherever we want, whenever we can.
Intuitive and balanced
What do you like best about the product?
It's the easiest video conferencing program to master. It's intuitive. Right number of features: not too many, not too few. More intuitive UI than Teams. Though it's not intended for this, we actually use Zoom as a way to make and record videos for publication through other channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen sharing can be a bit clunky. I'm very glad it exists, but it confuses people at first. Also, the "schedule meeting" app in Outlook is impossible. I always schedule from Zoom itself, instead of using the (app? plugin?) in Outlook. The meeting invites are also not so streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is addressing the "webinar gap". We've looked into getting the webinar feature and use that instead of the "meetings" feature. Ultimately, I use Zoom for all sorts of things: ALL business meetings, business webinars, business video-production; personal video calls with international friends; and for years during the pandemic, all church services were held on zoom. When I was a teacher, I also used it for teaching all my online classes. So, it's pretty dang useful.
Simple and Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate with others outside of my geographical area. For the most part, Zoom is easy/simple to operate and use. Over wifi, we generally do not experience connection issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the platform is no longer free to use (especially for meetings with less than 3 people). Not sure how the business model is set up, but it did put a wrench in one of my meetings when I had to stop abruptly to quickly put in my payment info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication without barriers. Although face-to-face is ideal, it helps to be able to meet digitally with clients overseas. Warm connections are made simple this way.
Zoom Review
What do you like best about the product?
Breakout room features, ability to spotlight multiple members, easy for people to use (intuitive interface), the connectivity to other apps (video and microphone)
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited accessibility as a team using the zoom account and would love the ability to customize broadcast messaging to the different breakout rooms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of lack of connection in a virtual setting and this benefits me by allowing me to run online learning communities with increased connection
Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a wonderful tool to supplement my practice. It is user friendly and highly reliable! Clients also intuitively know how to use it. It was seamless to previous software used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is on the higher side. It can also be confusing to set-up meeting dates and tedious to be sending them out to individual persons. It also does not clearly highlight if it is compliant to HIPAA rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me provide telehealth to clients with minimal technological challenges. IT has been more productive and my work has been more efficient. It has made my workday less stressful
Zoom makes connecting with clients and community EASY!
What do you like best about the product?
Almost everyone now knows how to use Zoom, so it's easy to connect and see one another. Being able to have a meeting where you actually see someone is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times links haven't worked for some people and they've struggled to connect on time. I don't particularly like the Waiting Room feature but it seems to be important for large groups to assure there are only those invited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that security has been strengthened. This makes all attendees feel like their privacy is being protected, which is important. I'm not sure that has increased my business performance, but it does make my clients more comfortable.
