It is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it just about everyday and it always works great! Never run into any issues. Easy to use and the visuals are always great. I prefer it over teams or google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the internet issues are annoying. Overall, I rarely have any other issues so there is not much to dislike. There are also a low number of filters to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem would be the lack of transportation for clients and using zoom it makes it so much easier to meet with anyone anywhere and it also saves a lot of time.
Zoom is a necessary part of life now!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom because I am able to join meetings no matter where I am because I can use my phone, tablet or PC. The process is smooth and streamlined at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom would do automatic updates every time I open up Zoom rather than me having to ask if there are any updates necessary consistently. This makes Zoom hard to keep up with any bug fixes or the ability to make certain I have the most up-to-date version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a member of Toastmasters International and the ability to be able to join any club meeting around the world has given me the ability to meet people from around the world that I would not have met otherwise because of the ability to connect.
Zoom Has Kept Us in Business During the Pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, particularly for our less-technical users. And the security features that kept our meetings free from disruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom was a little slow to react to security issues, but they really got it together as time passed and they adjusted to the huge influx of new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to move our meetings and classes online. We tried Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, but neither worked as well for us as Zoom did.
There’s a reason it’s the industry standard!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and that even non-tech-savvy clients can download it and use it without much direction. I also like how everyone knows what Zoom is! It makes communication smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more fun and interesting tools we could use to collaborate!

Even though email and chatting is king in business communications, a digital face to face meeting is invaluable in understanding each othe.
Easy to use for admins and users
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to set up meetings and webinars, to record events, and to enable event registration. It's a great tool and almost everyone is familiar with it, which makes it convenient for users. I love the Outlook plug-in that enables me to schedule Zoom meetings from Oulook. Customer service is usually helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding additional admins has been difficult; it never seems to work correctly. And you can't have multiple accounts with the same email.

It makes it very easy to schedule, conduct, and record video meetings.
Amazing Meeting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on mobile or desktop. Love using zoom for live webinars, parent meetings for school, and quick design meetings wit clients. Zoom is my go to video tool for weekly life as a freelance web designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the waiting room feature sometimes but figured out which setting to adjust to get the outcome I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving having meeting without being in the same location. It benefits me since I am a remote worker who has two toddlers.
Simple and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is familiar and easy for my clients to use. A simple link is all that's needed for them to connect with me-and the software stays out of the way so we can focus on our session.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major downsides to using Zoom compared to other meeting apps. Zoom is stable and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet quickly and effortlessly with clients nationwide. It greatly expands my business.
I use Zoom almost daily for work and a couple of days a week for my master's program.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how certain functions are seamless when I'm working. If I wasn't carrying on a conversation with another party I could forget that I'm running Zoom as it doesn't slow me down or clutter my functional space. When I'm using it for school with my classmates is when all of the bells and whistles come in handy. Whether it's the multi-share, annotate, or remote control functions, there is always a solution or tool to help navigate the meet for my purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that I have a paid version of the app, the biggest drawback is gone. My big dislike was the meeting cutoffs at the end of every hour. Other than that the only issue that I've encountered is when I am trying to share a video that isn't readily available on Youtube. Some website integrated video sources don't display on the other user's Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Zoom I am able to work virtually with contractors all over the country. Without it, I don't even want to think of how or who would be hosting our meetings. Zoom allows to remain HIPAA compliant work without issue.
I can't NOT use zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that zoom always updating its features. And that it is easy for everyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of my recordings isn't the best, despite using a 4k camera plugin, the quality still comes out pretty grainy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects me to podcasts and guests that I am not local to and can not meet in person!
Zoom is a freelancer essential
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use it on mobile or desktop fairly painlessly, and switch if needed. Everyone seems to be able to use it easily - which is great because I have some meetings with older / less tech-friendly people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn't have to pay but obviously - I get it - gotta make money! 40 min is generous. Sometimes for charity meetings and such, pricing can be hard but usually someone has an account. Using for my charity meeting motivated me to get paid account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend a lot of time in meetings - most of the time in diff locations (bc I'm freelancer wo a guest-friendly office), so I ended up traveling to get to coffee shops / bars for meet-ups. Having zoom has cut down on that - saving time & money.
