What do you like best about the product?
That I can connect to all my clients and associates fast and efficiently from home or office. The best thing about it is my sessions are clear and concise. It's no comparison to any competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the buffering is not working well. Usually, I go out and sign back in. I'm sure it's technical issues that happen rarely. I would like to see that area fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom benefits me because it saves traveling to my office and to consumers. I realized it helps with business expenses as far as travel. My business has increased as far as the number of consumers I reached at one time.
Easy to use tool that is at a fair price
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up meetings and easy for everyone to use. Not complicated for the person you are inviting to the meeting even if they have never used zoom. Most people are familiar with Zoom because they have used it in their personal life. Easy to use on a mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom needs to find a way to make people look attractive - like built in filters. Most women don't like the way they look on zoom. If Zoom would come up with that every woman would insit on zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me the ability to interview candidates remotely. Without Zoom we would not be able to be as efficient or as effective in interviewing candidates remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a certified sex counselor. During COVID I couldn't meet people in person and Zoom allowed me to continue to work with my clients. I have been using zoom for nearly 12 years. I first started using it back when I had a marketing business as we way to present webinars to clients. I chose it because the competitor at the time WebEx was out of my budget but Zoom was perfectly priced for what I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that everyone who uses it has to download it but that isn't a big deal to me. At this point, almost everyone has Zoom so it's not as much of a problem as it was when I first started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed me to stay connected to my clients during the pandemic. It also allows me to be international and work with anyone anywhere in the world. By being able to connect on Zoom, I am able to expand my reach around the world.
Zoom Enhanced My Business!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was easy to learn and helped me collapse time frames! It gave me the ability to be in many places virtually versus driving all over our province.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything I didn't like. It worked wonders for me and my team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to Covid in 2020, we were worried and concerned about our business and income, because as Financial Representatives, we were use to seeing families in their homes in person and Covid stopped that. So along comes Zoom and we were able to connect with people from the comfort of my home and still do business, so business kept on going and we had the two best years in business.

What do you like best about the product?
It's versatile so that I can be on it via phone or computer. I like being able to store the videos for later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its hard to get tech support to help you directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to train multiple people and sometimes being on-site is unrealistic. This has expanded my opportunity to share my knowledge with others.
Absolutely amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Length of time that a meeting can last with paid subscription. plus bonus features such as the chat functions and the whiteboard are features that I like too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that I do not like is the time limitations with the free subscription and the many updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teleworking. I work with a remote location job where I need to see and talk to people that are nowhere near me.
Easy to use features for seamless communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like the advanced features such as sharing audio only and multiple screen sharing. Also it's easy to control settings to manage the chat and access or share recordings and transcripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more basic editing options for when you choose to record a seminar or meeting. It only currently has the ability to trim at the beginning or end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting virtual events for All Staff and easily including different components to keep the meeting engaging and can easily be managed by one person whether it's sharing screens, sound, polls, or any combination.
Great Virtual Meeting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to share PowerPoint and use the whiteboard. I also like sharing videos during team meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything! It is a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an international organization so this keeps me connected to our staff in the USA and in Honduras. We are definitely more productive using zoom for our weekly meetings.
Sleek Convenience Anytime and Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about zoom is its user-interface. Even if someone isn't tech savvy it's easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The application bugs that causes lagging or sometimes even though the internet is fine it would say there's no internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me with my work problems by being able to reach out to clients. It benefits me with its sleekness and access to anytime and anywhere I go.
Pretty standard, no complaints.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom nearly every day to communicate both with clients and internally amongst our team. We love being able to share our screen, annotate any visuals being shared to make sure everyone is on the same page, and record any conversations we want to refer back to in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things we seem to dislike about Zoom honestly seem to mostly be on the user error side. One thing that could be improved upon that would make our lives much easier would be if the meeting details were easily accessible when you're in a meeting. Being able to access and send the dial-in number or re-issue the invite without having to navigate out of an active room would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure clear on what Zoom is actively working on solving. I do think their past adjustments to allowing the host to control user settings, privacy, and who can share/annotate have been reassuring.
