What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace primarily for professional communication and collaboration. What I like most about Zoom Workplace is its reliability and ease of use for video conferencing. The platform consistently provides stable video and audio quality, even when participants are joining from different locations or networks. Another standout aspect is the screen sharing and collaboration tools. Being able to instantly share my screen, annotate documents, or use the virtual whiteboard makes teamwork much smoother. I also appreciate the integration with other tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, and Slack, which makes scheduling, reminding, and joining meetings seamless. The platform allows me to connect with colleagues, clients, or collaborations from anywhere in the world, eliminating the need for physical presence. Additionally, screen sharing, virtual whiteboards, and breakout rooms make it easy to brainstorm, review work, and collaborate in real-time. Integration with calendars and automated meeting reminders helps me stay organized and reduce missed meetings. Whether it's a small team call or a large webinar, Zoom handles different group sizes efficiently. Recording meetings lets me revisit discussions, capture important decisions, or share with absent participants. I can quickly show my work, annotate documents, or brainstorm with my team in real-time, which speeds up decision-making. Meetings are automatically synced with my schedule, so I never miss a call, and joining is just one click away. Combining chat, video, and file sharing in one platform reduces the need to switch between multiple apps, keeping my workflow smooth and efficient. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy for me and my team; we just had to download the app, create accounts, and link it to our calendars, which only took a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes face occasional connectivity issues; video or audio can lag, especially when participants have weaker internet connections. I also feel meeting fatigue from back-to-back meetings since the platform doesn’t have built-in tools to manage or suggest breaks. Some advanced features, like longer group meetings or certain collaboration tools, are only available on paid plans.

For me, its video distortion sometimes create a bad experience in front of my colleagues. When I turn off the video , than it works well for me.

Clean UI, Accessible Ease, But Some Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace is used for attending online seminars, meetings, and classes, and even just talking with friends. The user interface is very clean and easy to access, making it simple for anyone to use. I also find the touch response and effects on it very good. As someone in the IT sector, I appreciate the clean usage of the canvas. It's really convenient that Zoom Workplace is widely recognized across the globe, making it easy for anyone to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace has some glitches and sometimes the call ends by itself. It doesn't run on mobile data sometimes, and there are video issues. Also, screen sharing lags sometimes.

I use Zoom Workplace because it's easy to access, widely recognized, and helps with video conferencing for education and jobs.
Very convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has an intuitive user interface and allows to keep track of the upcoming meetings. Also - ZOOM has a chat option which I often use with my team members
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the Chat is sometimes hard to access during video meetings, which makes it hard to work with and is "slippery" to access and read text from during ZOOM meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for faster video meetings that are of higher quality than most other platforms, and the speed is important for us so that our voices sound consistent when we talk, so that others can better understand what we're saying.
