Zoom great for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy it is to use, all while having a ton of different options available to make sure you have the absolute best meeting experience you can possibly have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand they need to make money, but I feel like the "Free" version of Zoom should be a little bit longer than the 40 minute allowance they originally give you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed our team to work better and more smoothly with our remote team members. We have sales staff all across the country and can only physically see them once a year, so this has definitely helped ease that.
Zoom is is very user friendly and allows me flexibility to effectively present my material.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and screen features, such as screen sharing and display options, i.e., such as gallery vs. speaker view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to use the split screen option when recording in screen-sharing sharing mode. I don't like the little screen in the corner of the recordings.
I am disappointed in the customer service. I have asked numerous questions about a concern I have about this issue and have had no response. I would like to be able to talk to a real person about my concerns.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to produce videos of my courses and interact with my clients across the globe.

What do you like best about the product?
We are primarily a "remote from home" company, Zoom makes it easy for us to still have face-to-face contact and share our screens despite being miles away from each other. It's also way cheaper than renting office space.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across any problems using Zoom. It's a great service that we will continue to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of not being able to have face-to-face meetings due to team members living in various locations across the country. Zoom allows us to communicate easily with each other and share our screens so we can provide visuals to better get our point across.

Easy to use as the facilitator and the participants. Have option to join via audio and video which are supported on several platforms. Have the ability to easily customize breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our agency, Zoom is meeting our needs. Maybe if we were doing more advanced functionality we might have some concerns or suggestions for improvements. At this time, we do not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed the ability to train a large number of staff virtually who could be working in the office or remotely. We needed to be able to support multiple platforms from phones to desktops. We needed ease of use to support individuals with varying technical skills.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple and user-friendly online tool, it really helped me to schedule uninterrupted meetings with friends and colleouges.

so far I like it the way it is and I don't have anything to say .

Zoom is helping everyone to have well ordered meetings, online classes and above all it allows to make a recording of the session for those who can't make it.In short it makes life simple and enjoyable.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers me a reliable video conferencing service that I use daily. The quality is good; breakouts come in handy in workshops, and reactions help to engage participants. Compared to other video conferencing services I like the video quality and filters. I don't even have to put on make-up because it's already in the studio effects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems difficult for people to connect to the audio. However, I'm not sure if that is an issue of Zoom or their hardware or skills. It also takes a bit to switch between breakout rooms, that could be a bit more fluid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely as a coach and with a distributed team. Zoom keeps us connected. It is the basis for my remote coaching and workshop. If it wasn't for Zoom I would either have to travel or acquire clients locally, both I don't want.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simply just easy. Its interface is user-friendly, loads quickly, versatile across different devices (cell phones, laptops/Macbooks, PC's, etc) and looks clean and professional. It is easy to invite others to meetings, especially just by sending a link. Having a conference is easy by muting everyone so that only one person is speaking at a time. Zoom has a bunch of advanced settings and options like screen sharing and whiteboard use for presentations. It is an amazing tool! Zoom is so much better than Microsoft Teams, Go To Meeting, Skype or WebEx.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings are difficult to find and it's not always clear where settings are located. Otherwise, Zoom is an incredible application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making it possible to meet anywhere and at any time. Set up is fast and easy and users can use a variety of devices to log in (cell phone, laptop/Macbook, PC, etc).

What do you like best about the product?
I love how multifaceted zoom is when it comes to hosting meetings, joining meetings, sharing your screen for presentations and being able to choose different filters and virtual backgrounds to add privacy or to enhance your face.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many features I don't like but I believe there's always room for heightened security and keeping the customers' information safe from 3rd parties or hackers who have infiltrated zoom meetings in the past. I personally and thankfully haven't been a victim of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well since the pandemic it was extremely difficult to connect with business partners and team members due to the shutdown. However, we still had a business to run. Zoom has played a pivotal part in helping me connect with business partners and foster relationships as far as the west coast from the east coast region. Without zoom I'm not sure how I would have accomplished that goal

It's allowing us to have important church meetings and services for those who can't physically be in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients wherever they are in the world. Apart from chatting, we can easily share screens so I can help them practically and also share documents.

The follow up emails could have better options for segmenting and personalisation.
