My students already know how to use Zoom -- I can focus on teaching music.
What do you like best about the product?
All of my students and their families already use Zoom every day. Although there are other apps for teaching music, Zoom doesn't require students to set up an additional user account.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to reset some of the defaults both in and out of the meeting to prevent Zoom from suppressing music.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a reliable platform for teaching music online has allowed me to expand the geographical range of my studio and to teach students in many locations in one day. No more running from one band hall to another. Also, no more snow days!
Great tool for my business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and user-friendly. They have great features, like being able to add all the meetings to my google calender, and continue to add new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I can think of to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to creat video content, connect with colleagues, and host problem solving sessions.
Easy to use and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
It's a platform everyone is familiar with. Sharing screens and windows is easy and intuitive, and I love the flexibility of settings, such as ability to pause sharing, hide self view, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always see the chat and waiting room notifications -- could be more prominent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to take time to figure out the technology. It just works and everyone knows the platform.
I have had my fair share of other video conferencing programs and Zoom is my favorite by far!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom I feel has provided the best video and audio quality compared to it's competitors and scheduling meetings is a breeze. Whenever someone sends me a meeting invite for something other than Zoom I cringe a little.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of updates can be frustrating at times. I feel like I only see that I need to update my Zoom minutes before a meeting and that can be a nuisance sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with my clients who are located throughout the US. I can connect with them on a more personal level and get to see their faces. It also makes sharing my screen and doing changes in real-time incredibly easy. It saves me so much time!
Excellent connection tool with great plugins
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Security upgrades, In meeting tools like chat and polling, ability to integrate backgrounds, studio effects, ability to work on desktop or cellular devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Lighting adjustments could be more advanced, studio effects tend to glitch often, and desire greater capability to control mute settings outside of a single host
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Zoom technology on a regular basis to keep our team and clients connected. Zoom continually improves the access and security settings to assist with productivity. Improved communication has benefited our company tremendously.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user friendly and everyone is familiar with the usage of the platform. I have used Zoom for interviews, company meetings and various types of meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not too many issues with Zoom and its technology. One of the issues I have some of the time is that the sound with the individuals I have had meetings with has gone in and out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not reached out to Zoom directly to handle any of the small issues, but I know if I needed any assistance, Zoom will be there to solve the issue. Most of the issues have been very easy to fix.
It works well, consistently, and is secure for my client meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The security is the best aspect of Zoom. Aside from that, my clients can use Zoom without too much difficulty even in other countries, assuming their internet connection is stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish my clients could click to join without downloading the app. My clients aren't always high tech and sometimes struggle with getting the audio to connect or delay their meeting because they don't realize they have to download the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issue of connecting with client securely in a post-pandemic world. When we went remote due to the pandemic it was a struggle to get our low-tech savvy clients in virtual meetings, but Zoom made it easy and expanded our reach globally.
A very convenient, user friendly app.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an easy app. My young students can easily find the features like using a pencil, accepting the control to play the phonics games, and sharing their screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
All is good with this app, and I don't see anything to be changed. I have regularly used this app for teaching over the past three years. I tried other apps for different occasions, but Zoom is always my choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my classes, I can use the option of sharing my screen and giving the remote control to my students. This way, the class is not boring for young JK/Sk And Elementry students.

What do you like best about the product?
It's nice having several options for a meeting. I mostly do one-on-one or small groups for school, but there are also settings for webinars and the like that keep the guests in the background. This is handy especially for recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes settings can be fiddly. My clients often have a hard time figuring out how to turn on video. It would be nice if the button were more readily visible or perhaps there was a prompt right away asking if the clients wants to turn on video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a compromised immune system, so working and doing grad school from home expands my world. I simply could not do either of these activities if I had to show up at a physical building. I also like that I don't have to have a profile name or anything for my clients who then have to find me like we used to do with Skype and the like.
Great for Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for all my virtual meetings since the start of the pandemic and continue to use it to this day (though not as often as I was!)
I like the fact that most people I schedule meetings with have no trouble downloading and using the Zoom APP, unlike other similar apps that seem to be harder to install.
It is very user-friendly. I like the chat feature and the emojis. I will never use another platform for the company meetings that I host virtually.

There is not anything that I have an issue with. When I have had to troubleshoot a problem the Zoom staff is very helpful

Makes some of my internal meetings quicker and more convenient as my staff do not have to travel. The platform has also been helpful throughout the pandemic as
