Zoom Makes Team Meetings Easy with Screen Sharing, Chat, Recording, and Breakout Rooms
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you are able to share your screen during a presentation or service if you are doing it on zoom. Also, you are allowed to join with many other members of your team to have a conservation and meet at one place where ever your are no matter the location. In addition, I love that even though a presentation is going on you are able to speak in chat with the peers in the meetings and even record so you can have notes for later and also create breakout rooms to talk with your team members and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently dislike the connection of zoom sometimes, it will randomly disconnect you from the zoom room and cause you to rejoin again. Also, the recording limit that it gives you and if you go over you have to create a whole new meeting. Lastly, I don’t like when you create and save a setting in zoom it sometimes does not save and you will have to keep in repeating the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoom Workplace is solving for me is having an all in one easy software that I can use to chat, video, record, and have a whiteboard during a meeting and also allows me to keep track of how much meeting was hard and removes the hassle for having different networks for the colleagues to use making it easy to have everything in one place.

The best thing I find about Zoom Workplace is that it doesn't take much time to log in and no premium or money is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first thing is that there is sometimes a little glitch and the video quality is not that good. But when you use a microphone, your voice will go through correctly and there is no problem with the connection, but still sometimes there is a network issue.

Zoom workplace is used daily in our organization for customer consultations, internal team meetings and explaining health checkup packages to client before payment. we rely on it for live video discussions, screen sharing and follow ups with customer and partner labs as part of our regular work process.
Feature-Rich Yet Overwhelming Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace has moved beyond just being a video calling app. Integrating Team Chat, Documents, and Calendar into one 'Workplace' hub is a smart move. For managing schedules for coaching classes and self-study, having everything in one sidebar instead of switching between five different apps is a huge win for focus. I also appreciate that when I fix a meeting in Google Calendar, a Zoom link is automatically generated, so I don't have to keep opening the Zoom app to copy and paste the link; I just open the calendar and hit 'Join'. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace is super easy and fast. Downloading from the app store and signing in with an email ID takes two minutes. You can join a meeting just by clicking the link without creating an account, which is so much easier than Skype. When you have daily interactions with a small team, features like the 'Team Chat' are really practical for fast coordination. I also find that Zoom performs well even on a low internet connection, and features like AI summaries and Whiteboards are quite useful, especially for students like JEE aspirants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration of multiple features like Chat, Docs, and Calendar in Zoom Workplace has made it less 'simple' than before. There's a 'Too Many Clicks' problem now. When I open Zoom, instead of seeing a straightforward 'Join' or 'New Meeting' button, I'm met with a bunch of tabs (Mail, Calendar, Team Chat, Whiteboard). It causes 'Decision Fatigue.' After coming tired from coaching, all these extra options make it more exhausting to just join a class. The app is quite 'resource-heavy' now, which can lead to battery drain or overheating on low-end devices. It used to be really easy to use, but since becoming a 'Workplace,' it's become a bit cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for integrating Team Chat, Documents, and Calendar into one hub, which helps maintain focus when managing schedules. It reduces the need for multiple apps and simplifies task transitions, providing control and advanced features like Breakout Rooms.

Effortless Meetings with Stellar Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace mainly for online meetings and virtual communication, and it helps me with video conferences, online classes, work meetings, chatting with team members, screen sharing, and collaboration on tasks from anywhere. What I like most about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliable performance. The video and audio quality are clear, even on average internet connections. Features like screen sharing, chat, recording meetings, and easy joining with a simple link really stand out. These features make Zoom Workplace very valuable for me in daily use. Screen sharing helps me explain ideas clearly during meetings or classes by showing my work in real-time. The chat feature is useful for sharing quick messages, links, or files without interrupting the meeting. Recording meetings helps me review important points later or share them with people who couldn’t attend. Easy joining with a simple link saves time and makes meetings stress-free, even for new users. The initial setup was very easy, with the interface being simple and user-friendly, allowing even those with little technical knowledge to start using it without difficulty. Our team switched to Zoom Workplace because it's easier to use, more stable, and better for features like screen sharing and recording, with good audio-video quality. Using Zoom Workplace with tools like Google Calendar and Gmail makes managing meetings, emails, and schedules much simpler and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved in Zoom Workplace is its performance on slow or unstable internet connections, where video or audio can sometimes lag or disconnect. The free version also has time limits on meetings, which can be inconvenient for longer discussions. Additionally, it uses a good amount of data and device resources, which can be challenging on older phones or low-end devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves distance and communication issues, allowing easy connection without travel, and preventing misunderstandings with video meetings. It offers features like screen sharing for clarity, chat for quick communication, and easy meeting access via links, making work and study seamless.
Smooth Integration, Lacks Email Service
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Zoom Workplace's very clean UI. I also love that it has integrations with apps like Slack. It feels seamless because we don't have to install multiple tools; Zoom can be used everywhere. Whenever we are using Slack, we can simply set up our meetings on Zoom just by clicking a button, and everything gets integrated into Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I would say is Zoom doesn't have an email service of its own, unlike Microsoft Teams. So if it had things like a chat service that works in cahoots with it, like an entire ecosystem of apps, it would have been even more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to set up meetings, plan my calendar, and check room availability quickly, making scheduling seamless.
