Business Professional Impressed with Consistency of Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
Most of my clients are aware of how to utilize Zoom & find it easy to use on computer or via the app. I also appreciate the option to hide my video profile as Zoom fatigue for me in video meetings all day can add up, and this option helps alleviate that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can think of is that some of my clients have found the app version of Zoom to be somewhat difficult to use when connecting to sound system in their cars or just a bit different to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me navigate long distance meetings & is allowing me to maintain my business despite moving states.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, reliable, secure and offers helpful features to hold appointments, classes and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add-on options for Zoom storage start at $40 US/ month. Would like to see something more accessible to small business owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with clients worldwide - it's a known and trusted platform - allowing me to serve families, shelters and santuaries.

What do you like best about the product?
The safety and convivience of Zoom has allowed me to go from driving 10,000+ business miles a year to better, more focused, timely, and overall better client meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not zoom's fault, but it's easier for prospects to not show up to the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned before, the high cost of travel, the danger of automobile travel, and maybe most importantly, finite time.

Love Zoom For All My Meetings!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very flexible for all types of meetings - with or without video. I do a lot of meetings that do not use the video because I am recording sessions or facilitations in person, as well as virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. I have even been on networking meetings where we broke into groups on Zoom. Very flexible and adaptable. Zoom is always upgrading based on feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was my lifeblood before Covid and it definitely was a staple of going to more virtual connections and meetings.

Convenient business tool for video meetings

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom are the meeting recordings and the fact that we can have breakout rooms for attendees. This is very helpful to keep meetings productive and support operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not any downsides that I can think of. Zoom is a convenient platform for meetings and we have even used it a couple of times for online events. It works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a largely virtual team and use Zoom to easily connect on the go. It is very easy and makes meetings more productive. We also don't have to worry about tech issues or disconnection issues using zoom.

Zoom Rocks

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, love the screen-sharing. We are a physician group and use Zoom to review lab results with patients, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, very little, frankly. Some patients who have not used Zoom in the past have issues with set-up and connections, but these are rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, we were able to connect with our patients when in-person visits were not possible. Now that we are back to near-normal, we find that sometimes, Zoom is better than in-person because of the screen-sharing (not to mention the time saving for patients and location flexibility for doctors and staff).

What do you like best about the product?
For me, we use zoom to host webinars on/through our website to give end users the feel that they are still within our eco system. I like the flexibility that zoom gives to do this, and the familiar look and feel of zoom that so many people know.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of the zoom Websdk is something that took quite a lot of time to figure out, especially since I started with the component view, and a lot of features are not supported or are missing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have a way to do webinars without having users leave our site, and the websdk integration gave us almost all the features we needed to make things work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that most individuals are familiar with Zoom so it makes it easy to use with them. Sharing screens and Remote Control are also key features that I use often.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can say for disliking Zoom. It does all of what is needed and I couldn't ask for more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves our sales department from driving miles after miles to appointments. We can do this remote for the most part and I live that about Zoom. Makes our jobs easier.

Keeping Me Connected With The World

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom just works. I send a link, or my system automatically sends a link, and within minutes I'm talking to a client or friend or family member. I rarely have connection issues, and it syncs up with my automated system so I don't even have to do anything to make it work. Definitely one of my favourite apps that I recommend to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always the easiest to navigate. I've been using it for a while now and I sometimes still struggle to figure out how to do certain tasks. Maybe some kind of tutorial at the setup stage would be good?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping me in touch with the world. I have clients in multiple countries and so Zoom is the easiest way to hop on a call or meeting with them and it just works every time. I even use it to stay in touch with my family!

What do you like best about the product?
I switched to zoom from WebEx and a few other platforms several years before Covid because I wanted something that was easy to use and just worked. That's what I got. Its great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I don't like about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see someone's reaction is invaluable when interacting with clients.
