A lifesaver for professionals!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom when coordinating with different professionals in my area. It's a simple and intuitive program with a user-friendly interface and lots of great customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the program doesn't cooperate well with those who don't have any of the Zoom apps installed on their devices (this is mostly a problem with mobile devices)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wasn't able to consider working from home until I heard about Zoom, and it's a great way to communicate whether personally or through other means. It's an amazing communication platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to change my clientele from local / in person only to worldwide. Which has helped my business grow. The ease of zoom has also helped tremendously
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically use my iPhone for zoom with clients, because it's personal training, and when I have a group class the newer update made the camera views way too small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global reach. Not only do I use zoom for work I use it for religious purposes, (Jehovahs witnesses) and with that I've been able to stay connected with my everyone and visit other congregations around the world.

easy to get on calls. Easy to schedule calls and meetings. I use it everyday at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when the meeting minutes expires and closes you out of meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping me be remote and be in meetings. Gives me alerts ahead of my meetings.
Easy to Use and Integrate!!
What do you like best about the product?
There are three specific qualities I most appreciate about Zoom. First, it's easy to set up and use. Second, it integrates with many other software platforms for video broadcasts and scheduling. And finally, it has great features for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what I use it for, I cannot really identify any weaknesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to coach clients anywhere in the US and around the world which allows me to have a far-reaching impact and increased revenue potential. The recording options also allow clients to revisit our sessions at any time in the future.
The best video conferencing software for the pandemic and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use across multiple platforms. Also easy to share links online with friends for a quick online chat. I prefer it over other providers since most other providers expect you to create an account. With Zoom, you can join other zoom rooms even without an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive to be used on mobile devices. There have been some instances where we were ZoomBombed by strangers. The workaround was to add password/add a waiting room.

The pandemic made it difficult to coordinate with co-workers. Zoom made it possible to make that easier. I prefer it over other providers since most other providers expect you to create an account. With Zoom, you can join other zoom rooms even without an account.
The most reliable, easy-to-use, feature-rich video conferencing platform available!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to control all the options, like password-protection, auto-join, and remove guests. I also like how clear and strong the video connection is. The embedded Google calendar function is my favorite feature and makes scheduling a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. So far, I have no complaints about Zoom!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me stay connected to my colleagues and clients in a more personal way. During the pandemic, it's made the experience of working from home more personal with videos vs. simply voice calls.

I love that Zoom is easy to use, and reliable. Every call is seamless, which makes me look more professional to my clients.

Zoom is great, there are lots of updates, but nothing that bothers me.

It gives me a simple way to conduct classes, have meetings and do business online.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that is most helpful about zoom is screen casting and having the ability to remote control another desktop. The audio quality is also very good. Shared screen resolution is also phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm working with older people they wonder why it's asking them to login all the time so maybe make it a little easier for older people to sign on without an account. Also in order to help other people with zoom stuff I wish that there was an option to see their zoom stuff while screen sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to have full meetings with all of my computer content sharing through screen sharing and sending files through chat to everyone or to direct people and it is fast. Sometimes we can meet on zoom instead of meeting in person and it saves everyone time.
Zoom is a must for interactive virtual sessions
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom does a brilliant job of creating ways for people to interact in large virtual sessions. The breakout room functionality is easy to use and creates important opportunities for participants to connect and learn together. I love the features zoom continues to add and appreciate their responsiveness. Also, in most cases, it is seamless for people to join a zoom session, unlike other virtual platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue occurs when people try to use zoom via the web, rather than the client. The interactive features, like whiteboard, and some others are less accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering keynotes and workshops that were once done in person, with the limits on travel, etc, zoom has made that possible. Without zoom, things would be much more costly and feel less connected.
Wonderful Customer User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Currently, we are using Zoom for hosting meetings of upwards of 100+ people. With the user controls, it allows for ease of "crowd control". We really enjoy using the Zoom backgrounds as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, we would like the option of moderators across the board for basic Zoom controls, using Zoom for interviews with multiple candidates is cumbersome when you have the need to mute individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am not aware of any problems that I have that Zoom is working on. Other than the moderator controls for other individuals I can't think of anything else that needs changed.
