Much better user experince than other conferecing solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become the de facto standard for conferencing. We would sometimes have issues with compatibility using other solutions, but Zoom just plain works, and works well. It is very easy to schedule meetings on the host side as well as guests to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model once you get to a certain user count could be improved. You should not be forced into a $50/user/yr price increase for features you may not need just because you hit 10 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our distributed workforce to easily collaborate internally and with our customer base. It helps keep travel costs down and productivity up, benefitting both us as well as our clients.
Zoom is convenient, easy to use, and fast
What do you like best about the product?
Convenience of use. Easy to set up a last minute meeting and get everyone on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more screen sharing tools, similar to Microsoft teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of distance. I run a non-profit with employees already across the county. Nice to have us all together.
Invaluable Collaboration Tool for Business and Family!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of zoom and how even my 92 year old grandpa can use it to stay connected with us each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the downloadable app has different quality compare to joining via browser. Also don't like that the control screen function doesn't appear when users are using a google chromebook to join the meeting.

Making it easier to stay connected with business clients and family on a regular basis.

Remembering to select the option that allows others to share their screens.

It's so much easier to Zoom with someone vs having to travel. This saves time, but also money.
Invaluable Tool for Remote Business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy and reliable. We depend on it for our team's communications since we are in 4 different states.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the mobile app, it's hard to see or change my user name, and it's not easy to mute or unmute, turn camera on and off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often say "we were Zoom before Zoom was cool." Even before the pandemic, my nationwide team relied on Zoom for meetings with each other and clients.
Zoom Helps Me Connect with Authors and Readers alike
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sharing a zoom chat on FB live. I am able to easily share a link with authors and readers and host online book chats. To add, as a literary agent, I am able to easily schedule meetings with clients ---with or without video--- it is SO easy to send invitations either online through my professional facebook or to a personal email and it ALWAYS helps me keep track of time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the pricing was in Canadian dollars. I do find it a bit pricey for someone who is in another country as I have to absorb the exchange rate. But I do feel it valuable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic a lot of book events moved virtual, I was concerned but Zoom was the best business investment I made in 2020 and it continues to be awesome for me.
Easy Connectivity For Important Meetings and Workshops!
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me reach clients and students anywhere at anytime. It was especially important during the lockdown to help my clients stay connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge techie and Zoom is pretty easy all things considered. But when you change things, such as in an update, it does take me awhile to familiarize myself and get comfortable with it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me expand my healing practice services and my workshops to reach individuals who want/need these services but can't/don't want to travel.
A key pillar to my productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom, Calendly, and Google Calendar integration has really changed my life for the better. I can let other people schedule meetings with me and Zoom automatically creates a corresponding meeting. I work with many government users and Zoom is approved on all of their networks, which is even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel like there are an overwhelming number of settings for a Zoom meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom lets me meet with way more people every week than I could cover via phone calls and/or in person meetings.
Hands down the best, most feature rich VC platform there is.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to produce a top-level event is paramount in my opinion. Zoom, while not the best in terms of consistent frame rate in standard screen share, does allow for production companies like ours to create well produced, virtual events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frame rate consistency in screenshare for things like videos is lacking. You cannot share a video that has audio synced (say someones lips) since the inconsistent frame rates makes this very noticeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom continues to build out and offer new features in the realm of webinar production, and now with their new "Events" platform, it's making the production of virtual and hybrid events even more turnkey.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual, easy, tools like breakout rooms and the white board break up the experience and make it more interactive. It helps folks feel connected. I have not used much else.
What do you dislike about the product?
No video option...and the occasional unstable internet has been distractive....muting some has helped. A video requirement to sign in could help as well. This could be a nice option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in contact with the team. Easy and less expensive then traveling.
Better scheduling, allows me to be more productive. I don't know about performance increasing but it certainly has helped maintain productivity especially since covid.
