Zoom has been critical for us over the past 2 years

What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom every day. I like the layout, and the ability to present documents
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could send a message to the host when you are waiting in a waiting room. I also think breakout rooms could be more user friendly. Further, I wish I could figure out how to be in two different zooms at the same time. I am an attorney, and sometimes I am running late to another zoom. If you could have two open with two screens, or send a message to another zoom, that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be in different meetings in different counties at the same time. Avoiding the driving time has given me a tremendous amount of additional time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive in usage, accessible for even first time users. It didn't take long to make it a formal way for organization to meet online and continue our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for more service options, but understandable. It would be nicer if the free option was just as accessible to everyone, including our leaders and other team administrators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limitations to in person meetings have been addressed effectively by zoom. Makes virtual at home learning more enjoyable. Participation did not go down when in person options were limited.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use for my client meetings. It integrates with scheduling tools I use and launched quickly. There are even some custom features like a waiting room message that I get loads of positive feedback on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the panel of buttons disappears from my view when I'm in the full screen mode showing a presentation. I understand why this is, but it's frustrating while presenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me run my business more efficiently because I can easily hold meeting without having to travel. I'm even able to connect it to tools that transcribe my meeting and make work more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Zoom's integration with Outlook, as well as the ability to adjust security. I am constantly utilizing screen share and rely on the ability to share video presentation well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. All features I need work very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to communicate on multiple tiers during a meeting or presentation- Zoom has given many options for this. I also appreciate the ability to save meetings in a variety of ways.

Zooming for work life and personal life

What do you like best about the product?
We have found that zoom has made work easier in terms of connecting during the pandemic, but it has also made it easier to connect with friends and family
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any downsides to using zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me put a face to a name and get questions answered quickly when talking makes more sense than a lengthy email chain

My go-to video call platform

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple, intuitive, and I really appreciate the fun effects (I dont even have to put on lipstick!). One of my colleagues always changes his backgrounds to random TV shows and it makes us all laugh and builds comraderie.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have to switch between multiple accounts and then the system acts wonky. For instance, I'll log in online using one set of credentials and hit submit, but then it will default to another account (this might be a caching issue, but it is frustrating since it can delay me joining/hosting a meeting)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work fully remotely now, so this is really the only way that I communicate with my colleagues. It has replaced in-person interactions well given that we can still see each other face to face. I also use Zoom for other volunteer organizations and the same is true.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it extremely easy to log on and schedule a meeting. I have almost never had any difficulties with the tech and imaging and audio is usually very clear. I prefer Zoom over most platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned with technology for all tech platforms these days. Although Zoom is secure I hope further security features are added in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely and being able to connect with my team more often. Enables problem solving in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for a few years now to lead SoulCollage workshops and virtual retreats. It's intuitive, easy to use, and our SoulCollage community is benefiting greatly from our time together, especially when so many are leery about attending in-person classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while my face doesn't appear when I do a screen share, but it's really not that big of an issue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem I've had of finding a way to make our international community of SoulCollagers stay connected with each other.

An easy way to communicate and collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
Features like breakout rooms and raising hands help to facilitate meaningful collaboration. We can connect with remote employees from Zoom, and this changes the game for collaborating.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40 minute limit on non-licensed users can sometimes be a frustration, especially when we have remote teams who need to run longer meetings than those of us in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with remote employees! I think that Zoom has been so beneficial in helping us stay in touch with and work with our remote colleagues. We use it not only for work purposes but to have social events.

Never failed me

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small business. It was easy for us to use to stay in touch, especially during Covid and lockdown. We continue to use it as we work a hybrid schedule. It was great that everyone could use, it didn't matter if it was calling in, what computer they had, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you know someone who isn't always tech savvy it was difficult at first. Once they were set up though it wasn't too bad. I also wish that when you recorded a meeting, that it was just one file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees all over the state. It has helped up connect better with our case managers on a regular basis. It also helps us meet with clients faster than setting up an in-person meeting.
