Great Tool to Communicate Long Distance
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows me to talk with clients that are not located near me. In addition, I love that Zoom can be integrated with other softwares to make scheduling meetings automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much I dislike about Zoom. I think the only thing would be that some of the settings are not exactly apparent as you have to dig around a bit to find what yoy are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me be able to have face to face communication with my clients. I also love the screen sharing capabilities as it ensures both me and my clients are on the same page knowing what we are talking about.
Vital tool for business needs
What do you like best about the product?
The control ability as a host. I love to be able to share screens both on my end and participants' end. The ability to control who I can see and the layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I have anything about Zoom that I dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that you can't adjust your setting in the app, but only through the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving for large meetings that connect our teams across the county and it also helps me connect with future employees in a way that reflects our culture.
Must have for online business
What do you like best about the product?
It's always so easy to meet with a client you would never have met in person otherwise. I also love that Zoom came up with the whiteboard. It's so needed for folks who work from home nowadays.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little confusing to set up for folks who are not as tech-savvy. It took me (a very tech-savvy person) a little time to figure out the desktop version of Zoom as well. When I want to add people to my contact list, it would not notify people if they don't have a desktop app. At least there should be feedback telling me that was the reason, but I had to figure that out myself. It's also difficult to find the Zoom window when someone's presenting their screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a must-have for people who work from home. I'm a web designer and I work with people from all over the US. It's always nice to be able to meet face to face with my clients and collaborate with other contractors.
Zoom for Online Teaching
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has Good teaching features that supplement my online classroom experience. I like to utilize the whiteboard and breakout rooms for student discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screensharing feature gets confused when you have multiple browsers (e.g. multiple google chrome) at the same time. I need to confirm with students sometimes if they are viewing the right thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to teach online at an affordable monthly price as well as allow me to have meetings with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom, is easy to use and even if it gets Messed up, it is easy to fix
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have the time to learn all the things Zoom can do and I feel that is a barrier from me getting the full usage of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was essential in getting our programming online during COVID. And although we are opening up, this helps us get our services to the rural areas.
Flexible and secure to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
I work as a mental health clinician in a few different settings and have a variety of staff and client meetings that have to be completed virtually. Zoom is one of the best recognized virtual meeting platforms, and it complies with a variety of confidentiality and security requirements for my meetings. I also appreciate that it's easy to schedule meetings and add them to my Outlook or Google calendars and do invites for participants through Outlook and/or by sharing the Zoom link to others via email or text messages. I also appreciate that the paid version of Zoom allows for scheduled Zoom meetings to be conducted via dial-in because this provides a great deal of flexibility to participants who may not be able to participate via an internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "complaint" is that I was used to the free version and all of the features available on that, but had to stop using the free version once they limited the meeting lengths even for only two participants. I can't actually complain though because it's a service that Zoom rightfully needs to make money off of, and it's my choice to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows quick scheduling of virtual meetings with coworkers and clients and does so in a convenient and secure format. Zoom has had a positive impact on my business performance because so many others are familiar with using it, so I can easily choose Zoom as a format for virtual meetings with participants.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and even easier to explain to older clients how to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
my email notifications for people joining a meeting has not been working for a few months. Tech support could be easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves connectivity with clients ...expanded my territory throughout the whole Province. Allows me to meet with clients even while traveling. Also allows me to recruit anywhere in Canada.

What do you like best about the product?
Remote connections are very convenient. I work in a setting where many of the people are older and less able to be mobile and zoom has been really helpful especially during Covid
What do you dislike about the product?
The options are vast and sometimes difficult to understand. I know there are tutorials but I wish sometimes that the different things might come with a link to watch something like using the whiteboard or adding an additional cohost etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid we've been disconnected from each other and so the ability to get together from the variety of locations weather at home or on vacation or elsewhere has been a super helpful benefit
Zoom is a great, easy-to-use platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty user friendly for hosting as well as for participants! The features such as screen and sound sharing work very well, and the break out room option is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall is the difficulty of using the whiteboard feature add it's hard to control at times. The speaker/microphone settings can also be hard to get going, especially for some participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows client and coworker meetings to take place virtually, especially got clients this is huge! The flexibility this provides, especially for someone traveling or in the event of sickness or bad weather but still attend sessions is incredibly beneficial for all.
Great for small training providers
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom (for meetings) is so easy to use If you are a 1-person team. You can run meetings and deliver workshops while managing the most essential functions like break-out rooms by yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. We use Wix for our website and virtual events and Zoom integration with WIX events is not great at the moment.
2. The different types of Zoom accounts are confusing. I wish they created a feature tailored for solopreneurs or very small organizations.
3. I wish they made it possible and affordable for solopreneurs and small organizations to host only 2 webinars a year without having to set up an expensive webinar account

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom for meetings enables us to organize and host small virtual events (less than 100 attendees), workshops, working sessions, and meetings, so we were able to continue to offer programs and collaborate throughout the pandemic.
