What do you like best about the product?
instant zoom meeting set up with one click login link
What do you dislike about the product?
breakout rooms are sometimes not easy to select & join by audiences; Polls results not quite user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issue when using zoom meeting and live on YouTube, sometimes, the network is not stable; particularly use video sharing.

Easy and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of getting on Zoom calls; the different backgrounds you can use; the different applications you can use; sharing screen; competitors have you as a small icon while the others are large; they don't have adjustments; I love my lipstick on Zoom!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up a zoom meeting for many people; it doesn't always show my picture when video is off -- it is inconsistent; only 1 person can speak at a time, no conversations; not knowing where you are showing up in big meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the inability for many people to be available for an in-person meeting; it solves the issue of time -- I have more time and increased productivity using zoom.
Easy to navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being in control of allowing people into my Zoom Room. Also, the whiteboard feature is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to activate a "sound" when I am waiting for another Zoom Room user to open their room. I don't like sitting there waiting. A sound would alert me that the room is opening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insurance sales without having to travel and go into peoples homes (Covid).
I use zoom for all my mediations.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to separate my clients into different break out rooms and the ability to go back and forth between the rooms. It allows me to preserve confidentiality between the two parties and we can be in completely different parts of the country!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to learn all the different options but once I understood the format, it was no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to do business in separate places. I can do my mediation from my home, and don't have to worry about fighting traffic to get my job done. The best thing is that my clients can be across the country and can even access zoom via their phone. Ive had clients mediate from a park, from a coffee shop, whatever worked best for them.
Zoom meets all my needs
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with Google, and Mighty Networks. When I create a meeting, it shows up both in my calendar and on Zoom and I can make edits from either space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to log in to Zoom to have it grab my photo (instead of just my name) for a call. I wish I could log on to any meeting and it would show my photo instead of having to go to Zoom to logon for that to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a perfect way to connect remotely everywhere in the world. The features for sharing, sharing screens, interacting, getting feedback, and so on are adequate. I don't know of any other features that would be useful.
Making classes/meetings easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Clear video experience and easy to set up and email invites to our attendees. I like that I can view all of the participants before an event to see how busy our meeting will be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of too many really, I had sent an invite once that didn't require registration but it was only user error that I didn't click the button. So just a learning curve on my part and not really an error for Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been wanting to host online classes but didn't have the technology to do so. Having Zoom lets us host classes to our participants all over the US with ease!
User friendly and my "go to" for all of my meetings needs
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and the best software I have found for my online meetings. Safe, secure and trustworthy!

I haven't found any negatives in 5 years

Zoom offers the capability to live stream directly to Facebook or record and upload later. I like having choices that fits my needs at the moment

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of flexibility in how I engage as a host or participant. Audio and video quality is consistently high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the common features or settings require me to open the browser to get access to settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily getting and staying connected to my various working teams is so easy and can be done from my phone or desktop at my convenience.
I’ve been using zoom for 2 years to hold meetings with my agents and clients, It’s amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful part of zoom is being able to share your screen and share the host. This takes interacting to a whole other level, and allows someone who doesn't have zoom pro to use those aspects. No other app compares to zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that's not helpful is not being able to log on through the same account on multiple devices. If there was a setting to add specific devices to the account that'd be awesome. Laptop, iPad, iPhone, Surface etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me collapse time frames! I can talk to someone in another time zone without having to leave my home, which also saves time on travel and gas. My business 3x our performance and time management with zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and end-user friendly regardless of your technical skill level. It gives you options to record and it has great picture quality and sound quality as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some calls when the link is sent to the addressee they are not able to join the call. Had to resend the link several times and once had to switch to facetime as they could not log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to interview remote candidates nationally as well as international applicants. It makes getting together with the team much easier as well. It allows us more face time
