CHANGED OUR LIVES!
What do you like best about the product?
Clients can actually use the software. We use to spend 5-10 mins helping each client join a meeting / download software. Now they just hop onto to our meeting and we get to communicate with them. The fact we can also do remote SUPPORT via Zoom for our clients is icing on the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love Zoom. No dislikes. It really is a game changer for us. So happy that everyone now seems to have it on their systems and feels safe joining a remote meeting with us at www.supersonicsite.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients could never download the virtual meeting software and actually get it to work.

What do you like best about the product?
When Covid hit we went from in person meetings with clients to Zoom. The learning curve was short and it allowed us to have the client sign application by giving them control of our mouse and keyboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some devices that clients use do not allow sharing of mouse and keyboard. That is the only downfall I found. I hope that zoom corrects this shortly so that everyone can use zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using zoom allows us to stay in the office or home and meet virtually with clients. We no longer have to drive to the client's homes and that allows us to get more appointments done in the same time frame.
Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Zoom is that you can connect with a lot of people at once! It makes it easy to reach a broad audience. I have tried other sites and Zoom is so user friendly. Easy for anyone to host and/or to jump on someone else's meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the thing that is least helpful is when people on the Zoom connection hide their video so you can see each one. It sometimes makes it difficult to carry on a discussion that is meaningful to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been difficult training volunteers since COVID. People are either "catching up" on these last two years or they have become comfortable working from home and want to continue that venue. Being able to train our volunteers via Zoom has been invaluable for us! With so many children in foster care, we need our volunteers more than ever. Zoom is helping to make that possible.
Easy to use, reliable too!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and has all the features I need to share work and communicate with by Board of Directors and volunteers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything at all to answer for this one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have Board members serve from anywhere, and we can plan virtually with little notice or planning for location.
So many conferencing software programs now, but Zoom is my favoite!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the features it offers, video sharing, screen sharing, easy to understand toolbar. Enjoy the multiple video sharing layout options. Easy to create and join meetings and never had any connection issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed any major dislikes of the zoom software. The only tiny issue I ever had was when creating a re-occuring meeting, it could only be set for 1 year at a time, so i had to create a new one or modify the existing when that timeframe ran out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love zoom for troubleshooting with my remote employees. Having them share their screen makes it much easier to see the problem quickly and help them resolve it.
Simple, intuitive, reliable and better that the alternatives
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to figure out. Many of my clients use MS Teams. When I have them meet me on Zoom it never takes more than a minute or two to get them comfortable and productive
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the advanced features, like the whiteboard, were more robust. I've been spoiled by Mural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even before the pandemic, Zoom allowed me to connect with clients in a more direct and human way. I am great on the phone and use to do much of my work using a landline. Then, when I left corporate and went out on my own, Zoom helped me build stronger relationships with clients I'd never met.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is that You keep updating the application and that makes it easier to adjust and move through scheduling my meetings more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's the least helpful about zoom is that a lot of times I have to figure out how to navigate the application last minute without any technical support from Zoom. It would be helpful to receive emails with links that clearly explain how to set up different kinds of meetings upgrades etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is connected to my scheduler for my clients so it helps me easily connect with my clients and it is linked through my website which is also very helpful.
Zoom: Can't Live Without It
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so user-friendly and easy to use! It helps me stay connected with friends and family, and conduct business easily with my colleagues across the country and around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Zoom is/can be the time limitations for the free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of communicating easily and safely in a time when it's not always easy to travel. This makes keeping in touch with my co-workers around the country possible.
USER-FRIENDLY
What do you like best about the product?
THE PLATFORM IS USER-FRIENDLY. IT IS RELIABLE AND CONSISTENT. I ENJOY USING ZOOM COMPARED TO ANY OTHER PLATFORMS I'VE USED TO CONDUCT WORK MEETINGS. THE TOOLS AVAILABLE ON ZOOM ARE ALSO HELPFUL TO USE.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOMETIMES THE VIDEO TAKES SOME TIME TO CONNECT, HOWEVER THAT MAY BE A CONNECTIVITY ISSUE. ALSO, I THINK IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO ALLOW USERS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT TO HOLD MEETINGS A LITTLE LONGER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZOOM ALLOWS ME TO CONNECT WITH MY TEAM WITHOUT HAVING TO MEET IN PERSON. IT ALLOWS ME TO SOCIAL DISTANCE AS WELL AS COMPLETE WORK ASSIGNMENTS. I ESPECIALLY ENJOY THE SHARE SCREEN CAPABILITY.
Crucial to run our business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Zoom and how I am able to share my screen and give access to my computer to another participant. It allows me to run my business in the most compliant way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that aren't available on all devices and they are pretty important. For example I can't give control to somebody if they are on their iPhone but I can if they are on an android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the global pandemic we were dealing with fear and were forced to social distance so this allowed me to still service my clients while being quarantined.
