Makes meeting with colleagues easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless integration of zoom with my iPhone and laptop. The experience is much smoother than I have with MS Teams. Updates and communication are regular and effective, and the interface is incredibly user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied with zoom and prefer it as my web conference application of choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom prevents me from missing out on that important face-to-face connection with colleagues and associates. So much nuance gets lost in email or text communication, and zoom is effortless for bridging that gap.

What do you like best about the product?
I can join calls with my colleagues from my computer or on the go on my smartphone. Zoom also integrates with our gmail, outlook, and calendars so scheduling is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom automatically generated a transcription of our conversation from the meeting for our internal notes. Other than that, it serves my and my team's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom meetings always work without a problem. With other video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, there is always some kind of technical issue that prevents someone from being able to join the meeting. I hate wasting time figuring out the technical glitches so I always just propose we jump on Zoom instead since I know everyone will be able to join without any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom is the ease of use, not just for myself but also participants. All they have to do is click on a link that I send them. They don't even have to be a current zoom user, nor do they have to be tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more video tutorials so that I could better understand how best to use some of the functionality of zoom that I am currently underutilizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like the new closed captioning function some of my audience that has hearing impairment can now understand more easily and this makes our meetings more inclusive as well as productive

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I connect with a lot of people at one-time, that I can meet online face-to-face, and that it makes meetings easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to know all of the features without being really proactive and taking initiative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes meetings a breeze, and allows me to connect and network with people all over the world!

Simple and reliable- what more do you need?

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom with my hosting web service. It integrates seamlessly amd auto generates each meetings I don't need to think about it. It just happens! I love it for the capability of seeing my students as they practice, Facebook live and YouTube live don't give me that possibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to zoom if for my clients. It teach online yoga classes and it can be difficult for them to hear. Using Bluetooth headphones is a bit of a fix but those can hinder certain postures. I wish there was a super boost option for their volume level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to teach to clients across the country, not just locally. By using this service, students xan practice in their own home, woth their own comfort in mind.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom works well and all the buttons are clear. I love the screen share feature. It is a specific feature I need for my business.

I wish there were more options for the digital background.

It allows me as a Financial Coach to work with my clients over zoom and help them.

Best platform for remote meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I like to see my colleagues, friends, and family when we are talking and exchanging information or views. I particularly like the gallery view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - I can't think of anything now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom mostly for personal meetings but also for business. I have been working remotely for many years and found Zoom to help in establishing business relationships. Also, being able to view documents is helpful.

A great tool for virtual events.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the Coca Cola of meeting software, and as such creates a platform that folks feel familiar with. Additionally the ability to create breakout room, dismiss those room and then send folks back to them can be critical for some virtual games.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish zoom had the ability to broadcast to all breakout rooms at the same time, as a game presenter there are formats where I what players in teams, but everyone watching me, so I wish that was possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me get groups together to play games, and the ability to do that at all is huge. A tool that lets me bring offices from 3 countries together to play game and connect is fantastic.

Very useful tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, and these days everyone knows how to use it. It also has a ton of features and as far as I can tell they keep rolling out new features. I use this for business meetings and to record backup audio for my podcasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of features so it can sometimes be hard to find what you're looking for -- this is obviously a kind of lame dislike because there's not much to dislike about this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the pandemic hit, Zoom solved my issue of how to conduct business without entering public spaces. Now, it's the only way I do business. We barely even use our company phone anymore.

Zoom is the new Skype and Join.me

What do you like best about the product?
As we all know, COVID created an environment in which we needed to connect via video and screen shares to do business (and even talk to Mom)... Zoom stepped up to the plate with a platform that didn't require a download on the part of the recipient, could be lean and fast, and also share chats as well as attachments (like images and PDFs) and basically be "dummy proof".
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the breakneck speed with which Zoom had to develop and evolve through COVID, the User interface is perhaps less than the idealized UI of a software tool whose purpose is simple, multimedia connection across the globe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a web designer and digital marketer and have been working with clients around the world for over a decade, so I've always relied on video and screen share technology to interact with my clients, but it was usually Skype, Join.me, etc.... and those platforms required that both parties have the software installed... Zoom doesn't require a download for the recipient (it's browser-based), which reduced the friction and the barrier to entry... but also, because of COVID, everyone needed to connect and jump on a video conferencing platform... so Zoom was the obvious choice.
