Zoom for Seminars and classroom

What do you like best about the product?
Great opportunity for teaching seminars, breakout rooms for deaf and experiential groups, features to record, and other fun features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to see and hear in breakout rooms without going in for education purposes. Not, able to chat privately with someone in breakout room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid we turn our inperson seminars to online . It was fabulous for that and meetings. Also, private therapy sessions .?

What do you like best about the product?
We can get our team together even those that are remote. It is super easy to use and has alot of features we utilize, like the breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We have been very happy and have not run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot of our employees are now remote workers...and this enables us to be together.

Zoom Helps Our Motorcycle Chapter Officers to Stay in Touch and Plan Out Events

What do you like best about the product?
Our motorcycle Chapter Officers all have day jobs and are spread out making it difficult to find times and places to meet in person. With Zoom, we can all get face time with one another after our day jobs and discuss Chapter business in the evening from the comfort of our homes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there is any downside to using Zoom other than it's always nice to be able to greet each other in person with a handshake or hug. Sometimes Officers are not at a computer and just need to dial in with their phone. This seems to be a source of difficulty at times (i.e. trouble figuring out dial-in number and Zoom meeting id).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our Chapter Officers to meet more often to discuss business. We can meet more often and more conveniently, and for short or long periods. We don't have to travel an hour for a 20 minute meeting, or cancel a meeting due to bad weather. Zoom allows us to stay informed and not have to rely on email, which often does not have all the details, or gets misinterpreted or lost.

Meeting place you need in a time of turmoil

What do you like best about the product?
Great place to help with meetings it has really opened us up to be able to talk to others and keep in contact. Also great way to share with others. Other places have been less then responsive or even helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the free service, the alloted time can sometimes feel a bit needing and wanting. Once you pay for service then it works better but audio issues can sometimes happen also. The chat function could be better where it could be more like a side pod and see what people are posting live versus it needing to cover everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to host a meeting especially nationwide. The benefit is that everyone can more easily view what is going on. This has helped with being able to interact with more folks from their phone to their laptops, tables and even televisions

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to connect with my team members from across town or the country. It makes collaboration so much simpler. The breakout rooms are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection issues can be a problem, usually, It's just lag time when the internet is a little dicey.
Also not entirely happy with the mobile use for some of my collegues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When everything went into lockdown, I was still able to communicate with my team and plan events. We had an extremely productive year in 2020!

Business meeting and collaboration necessity!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows you a platform to hold meetings and use video to add the layer visual responses provide that a simple call cannot. The ability to present content and screen share are pluses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think features that were missing are steadily being added now like avatars and improved transcript options. This may seem minor but they give users flexibility to express themselves and warm up to video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need for increased meetings and setting team members with the shift to working remotely. The ability to increase engagement in the new working norm is key.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can spotlight other people for everyone, and I appreciate that I can request others to mute or unmute (individually or all at once). I can also join from multiple devices at once with the same login, so that I can use my phone as a camera device and my PC as a screen for viewing/hosting/ and controlling. I also like how it doesn't crop the video like some others (teams/meet) and lets you control what everyone can see. The ability to pin people on your own experience or switch to gallery view at any time is just great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything has been working great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to bring my experience of performing magic to everyone virtually and secure and controlled environment. I can customize the viewing experience for my attendees and small teams, large corporations and even families can join together to watch me perform magic for them, and interact with me and each other at the same time.

Easy and reliable service

What do you like best about the product?
The quick set up of a meeting, I can just click a button, copy the link and send it to friends or colleagues right away. I also like that you can invite people through emails or Google calendar invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free use time limit is too short for my personal liking. It usually takes 5-10 minutes at least for someone to join, so it already cuts into what time is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for video calls for work purposes. I use other video chat options for personal calls. Having a separate service for work purposes is useful. Integration of recording is great too for future reference.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom on a weekly bases. Never had any problems. The images and the audio are very good. Sometimes we have a poor connection due to the attendents phone connection
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to assign another person as the moderator, when I am not available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to resolve a problem with a live conference rather than talking with individuals on the phone or by email. Making the entire process of working with others easier

Best way to do telehealth for my clients!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is HIPAA-compliant! Having a HIPAA compliant platform for our clients is so important to protect their privacy. Zoom is so great because it allows opportunities for interactions between the host and the learner (screen sharing, hand raising, etc) and it can really help teach our kiddos social skills in these crazy post-Covid times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video quality is bad but that is likely due to internet issues as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to still complete my job duties as a BCBA and doing telehealth with my clients and their families. Consistency is key with my clients and having the option to still complete a session over Zoom has made the post-Covid era so much more accessible for all kinds of families looking for services! I know families who are accessing services who are over 2 hours away from an in-person clinic because of Zoom!
