What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we can get Zoom bombed by outsiders, but that has decreased recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. My organization meets on line because we are all over the country. Everyone knows how to use Zoom now and it is easy to get everyone together once a month. Chat rooms are great, breakout rooms are wonderful, etc.
2. I also use it for virtual learning because the student lives out of state. Zoom is great to use because the connectivity is fabulous.
3. We use it for religious services so people don't have to be in person.

Easy and essential video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and reliable web and app based video conferencing across multiple platforms. Everybody we work with now knows how to use it. I like that it has a desktop and also a phone based interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for setting up immediate, urgent videocalls, that were not scheduled in advance, should be easier and intuitive. When we have very urgent matters that require immediate attention we tend to use video calls on WhatsApp or Facetime, because they are so easy to initiate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with very tight product development timelines and the video calls allow us to troubleshoot challenges during the prototype development cycle quickly.
Reliable and affordable - so easy to share screens and/or music, chat & coordinate w virtual teams
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so user-friendly-- it's easy to use and figure out functionality - yay breakout rooms!
I enjoy the option to appoint co-hosts (vs letting all participants share screen -- avoids interruptions), the easy share screen which has options for a single window, or the whole laptop screen, etc, etc, and sharing the audio.
Recording meetings is easy -- whether to zoom central or to your computer. Although I've found that the quality is better when I record to my laptop (not sure if that is a function of the zoom cnxn, or our internet)
If you have team members in areas with poor internet service, they (& maybe you) will likely need to turn off video.
Saving the chat is nice and easy, so you can capture all those great suggestions and witty comments (including your own direct messages)

It's not that I dislike it, but it would be nice to have zoom have more robust polling options, including for example the ability to handle more complex Qs , and to generate word clouds or additional data displays (than bar graphs or % breakdown).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 90% of my client and colleague meetings on it, as well as some weekend family/social catch-up. And I love being able to collaborate and connect across geographies, and without a commute!
Zoom is Incredible
What do you like best about the product?
In today's world, video conferencing is essential. Zoom's streamlined process will always be my go-to. I rarely have any issues with Zoom, and when I do, customer support is always on top of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I cannot find anything I do not like about Zoom. The service is phenomenal, and customer support is always helpful. I will always use Zoom for my video conference meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem that we are facing in a COVID world is that meetings that used to be in-person are now being done via video conference. Zoom helps people who work in different office, states, and even countries communicate and stay in contact.
Great features & connection
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are so many features for 1:1 calls, group calls, workshops, etc. They're all super easy to use. I especially love being able to connect to my client management system so that workflows can be smooth, which gives clients a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes wish Zoom could be used from Chrome (or another browser), similar to how Google Meet doesn't require an app. Otherwise, the functions and features I use for Zoom work well for what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Face-to-face communication with long-distance or even international clients. Solution: Using Zoom to be able to talk face-to-face, which helps develop a professional relationship and trust between each other.
Zoom is so regularly used I never have to stop and explain to people how to use it.
What do you like best about the product?
The instructions are clear. If Zoom is Not an option for the user, the call-in number is clear and concise. And I like the background blur because there are times that my background is messy And it's not something I want customers to see. So I look better on camera.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only time zoom is a problem for me is not anything about zoom it's about the connection that the other people have. They don't seem to know when their connection is bad until they get cut off.

I believe in relationship marketing. And my business is online so zoom helps me to meet people face-to-face and still continue the work of being personal with my customers.
Zoom has helped me in business, especially after Covid-19 arrived.....

Zoom allows us to still conveniently meet and conduct business online. Covid made it tough to do things face to face and Zoom came in and saved the day and a lot of businesses.

I draw a blank.....Someone's internet connection doesn't have anything to do with Zoom lol

It makes it possible for me to work at home without people knowing that I am not in the office but still remail the professional background and setup.
Easy to use virtual meeting space
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. It is easy to create a meeting and share out the link to join. Screen sharing is also very helpful in illustrating points for business meeting presentations or school groups etc. The ubiquity of zoom now thanks to the pandemic means that most people have either used zoom or have heard of it making troubleshooting issues fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more useful collaboration features, like Whiteboard, are not intuitive for those who are technologically challenged. Likewise, sometimes the audio/video quality is a little lacking even with high connectivity and good cameras/microphones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to meet much more frequently and at less expense. This has increased our communication and collaboration on special projects tremendously. Being able to join from almost any device or phone and partake in the meeting increases the accessibility for everyone involved.

I enjoy how user-friendly it is and that the cost as an individual provider is highly affordable. It is also dependable and I have never lost sessions because of issues with the server.

I wish some of the options like being able to customize your meeting invitations were available to single license business owners.
I would like to be able to customize my meeting invitations without having to have more business owners. It would save more more time and make me more productive. Right now, I have to manually do emails to include a sentence about ensuring they are in a safe and confidential place.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave me a way to see my clients in a safe way during a pandemic. It has allowed me to continue to earn my living.
I would say, I was more productive than what I would've been able to be. It has also been more flexible for others and allowed them to see me, when they wouldn't otherwise because they can use their lunch breaks and not have to leave their job/home.

Zoom is the Best Platform for Business Meetings and Training
What do you like best about the product?
The engagement tools in Zoom are very sophisticated and keep participants active! It is very difficult for individuals to fall asleep when there are so many tools that they can use (i.e. annotation, video, camera, whiteboard, chat, breakout rooms, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my favorite Zoom tools can also be a challenge. I love using the annotation tools, the challenge is the annotations bleed through to other pages. I am hoping this is something that can be fixed in the future, but it is not a show-stopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can teach corporate workshops not just in the United States, but in nearly any country where the participants have internet access. I have also been able to save my clients a tremendous amount of money on travel expenses.
