Great platform for calls and webinars
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's very easy to use. With other tools, I've struggled to figure out specific features such as breakout rooms, but with Zoom it's super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any technical issues with Zoom but I really like the constant updates to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Smooth videoconferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It works seamlessly. Makes meetings possible that otherwise would not happen. Better than a phone call. Less difficult for new folks to use than competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to log in from a web browser before the meeting in order for it to recognize me as the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to keep going though the office is closed.
How I Power My Client Sessions
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is how I pretty much conduct my coaching sessions and podcast video interviews. I love that I can integrate it into other systems to make scheduling super easy -- taking me out of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the video quality isn't at least the standard 1080p. I also feel the platform can make addons like meetings accessible across all paid levels but limited so as to still make upgrading still attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom benefits me in that it makes it easy to meet with my clients or others easily via video conferencing. It does help me to be more productive when I integrate with other software. However, when it's time to do webinars I turn to other platforms.
Business Class Meetings with Simple Deployment
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy setup, deployment and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Room Scheduler is not as easy for some to navigate. Wish it would have an option to show all meeting rooms on main page without having to navigate to each room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us collaborate across multiple offices and assist with client relations.

Zoom is very easy to use and intuitive, everyone in our company and clients can use it with ease.

I honestly can't think of a downside. Its been so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with internal employees as well as our clients face-to-face. In the past we've relied on a conference call line which just didn't work as well.

Webinars and virtual meetings have become the new norm. I love that I can use zoom via computer or phone to seamlessly connect with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, the available settings are so extensive, we've never found anything to be missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now no longer have the challenge of coordinating schedules to find an available time when everyone can be in one location. I also find that meetings held virtually tend to stick with the meeting agenda more closely, using everyone's time wisely.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Modals / slideouts for chat, participants, etc. are inconsistent and cause issues w/ full-screen and split screen on my mac

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to connect with all of our candidates and clients in a seamless and instantaneous way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are times when recordings of our zoom calls are delayed in processing. Not a big deal, but sometimes the processing time is not consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to run our business completely virtual thanks to zoom video conferencing. This saves our customers and clients travel expenses and gives us the opportunity to have a completely remote team of professionals based all around the country.
Zoom is easy to use, and essential in marketing and meeting new clients.

I have really liked the webinars. It was easy to set up and easy to keep it rolling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know any downsides but I would like to easily access all of the people that have ever registered for my webinar in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are all over NY state and so rather than drivng around which costs money and could potentially cost me my life in a car accident, zoom makes it so I dont have to go out to meet them. I can also meet with many people at once. And i can live in a place i want to live for other reasons rather than where my clients are.
Zoom is easy to use and perfect for teaching short classes
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity with which I can quickly create a meeting for one of my online classes and the fact that it is integrated with Eventbrite, which makes it easy to sell my classes there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it never remembers the information I've input the last time. All my meetings are the same so I'd love to just copy and change the date and title...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom as the mechanic for teaching all my online classes. During the first COVID lockdown this allowed me to quickly set up and manage my online teaching practice and that helped me to get through to the other side with my business intact.
