Simple and Easy to Use, but Needs More to Win Me Over
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
it was hard to share documents within the zoom meeting unless it was brought up on a share screen for all to see which is sometimes makes it hard to see depending on the size of the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have weekly meeting within out team and having 3 locations, it allows us to virtually meet at the same place
Convenient, AI-Powered, But Too Many Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings, and it really makes work get done much easier. I like that the AI companion helps a lot to filter stuff. Overall, I just find Zoom really nice. It's also more convenient compared to what we used before and the setup was easy. On top of that, I'm likely to recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many notifications in one place. I'd like it to be not as distracting.

Zoom Workplace makes work get done much easier, and the AI companion helps to filter stuff.

Needs an Overhaul: Clunky, Unintuitive Layout
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to join a meeting if you have the link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think everything about Zoom Workplace could be improved. The layout is overcomplicated and just doesn't work for me. The background blur feature is horrendous, and the app needs more consistent performance. I'd really like a smoother UI; it honestly needs a total revamp.

Joining a meeting on Zoom Workplace is relatively easy if you have the link.

I used Zoom Workplace for scheduling multiple interviews, and it provided facilities like real rooms in a virtual mode where other candidates can wait. I like their rooms the most. Zoom video conferencing helps me interact with hybrid teams, and it has features like screen sharing and real-time face-to-face interactions. The initial setup was pretty easy.

HD Video, Needs Better Voice Quality
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace for remote meetings and classes. The HD video screen sharing is really good, making the sessions clear and effective. I also enjoy the multiple screen sharing feature that accommodates many users, which is quite helpful in collaborative sessions. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Zoom Workplace easy to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the voice quality could be improved. Sometimes there's a packet dropping effect that results in glitches in the sound, like a long 'Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey'. Also, if we purchased a company account, we can't log in for more than one user at a time.

I use Zoom Workplace for remote meetings and classes, solving remote session needs with clear screen views.

The best thing I like about so much that at I can do so many tasks alongwith attending my meeting. the meeting continues in the background and I can perform all other things at a time.

I think I am happy with all it's features but one thing I want to suggest that screen sharing can be more effective than others as this the only thing which I would like to suggest otherwise it is the best app I know for now and yes it is
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do online meetings video conferencing with this app up along with a number of people. Also I can check who is present and who is not in the meeting. I can talk 2000 number of people and share my voice and also I can hear back from them very conveniently. I also can share my work with all of them very easily by sharing my screen.

I would advise them to not think twice and go for it.
Powerful Yet Simple—Audio Transcription Makes Zoom Workplace Shine
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is the best because it's powerful without being confusing. The best feature today is like having an audio transcription, it helps a lot for a Virtual assistant beginner like me.

There is only a 30-minute free meeting that you should use

Nothing, just to add a subscription if you want to avail extra hours for the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about Zoom Workplace is friendly and ease to use the interface, where all level of employee easily use. The combination of video streaming, messaging i.e sharing links/materials makes complete package for meetings or conferences. For keeping record the recording meeting feature is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike about Zoom Workplace getting or reserver system resources. Its need higher internet speed otherwise it drops audio and showing distorated video streamings.

Zoom Workplace is complete package or tool where use for instant meetings, scheduling meetings, calls, chat, which help to avoid different application for seprate things. In this comunication make faster and organized. The new feature of summerize meetings by using AI is quite benefiting to keep record of meeting agendas.
