Love Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The connectivity and ease of use. I appreciate the diversity of the App
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually like it best over all virtual meeting platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to have shorter meetings and connect much quicker than in person. I like to host my initial consulting meetings on Zoom and the intergration with Calendly is awesome!
Zooming around the globe
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use; can connect with people around the globe; virtual backgrounds are easy to use and switch as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
can't always find previously used virtual backgrounds when updating software; sometimes it's difficult to know when you need to update, even if you have it automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect with colleagues and friends around the globe. I've been able to attend virtual meetings instead of traveling in person for about 3 years now, and it's been terrific.
Best platform for meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user friendly with top premium quality calls and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if Zoom cloud had more storage and if Zoom had a longer contract term for a cheaper price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making it possible for my congregation to have church online and make recordings from our online church services.
An unexpected big fan.
What do you like best about the product?
I find it intuitive and user friendly. It's not rocket science- that's a good thing
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to scheduling recurring events that are not on the same schedule... like every Tuesday. Every other Tuesday is hard to schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meet without having to be in person and lose time traveling and logistics. As a disabled person I find that incredibly helpful.
Creates opportunity for my business to have a personalised and individualised brand!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't had a smoother, and easier online platform to engage in since becoming a Telehealth mental health practitioner, and all the add-ons that are available help me to grow not only my business but also my brand!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike very little about zoom as all of the people I invite are either ultra familiar with the platform or have utilized it somewhat and are comfortable with the experience. People who receive invitations from me for a zoom session who are not familiar with the platform find it easy to learn how to navigate creating an account and logging in rather easy with simple instructions from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes accessing my business via telehealth easy and affordable for all of my clients, all of whom prefer Zoom despite their employers requiring them to utilize other platforms at their places of work. When I first started working with zoom it was just me with my first Telehealth client. Three years later I have seen, treated, and improved the lives of virtually seen hundreds of clients, not only through my own business but while working as a subcontractor for other mental health and addictions counseling agencies that also utilized zoom for its ease of use and affordability for all of their clients and mine.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and easy to find information or help. It helps that I am able to meet with a larger amount of people and they can leave comments in the comment section. I can then later go and keep that comment section to refer back to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about zoom. I will admit that when I first started using zoom it was a little confusing. There were just too many things to learn. I would suggest offering new users an instructional video or get-to-know zoom call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me keep in contact with my officers during a time when we could not meet in person. It allows for a greater number of people to meet at a time and for us to see each other during those calls.
Definitely helpful for serious and fun times.
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to connect with others either to just talk or use as part of a podcast. Connection gets established quickly, and there are rarely problems. It's been very reliable since I started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the connection gets unstable, and some people have gotten kicked out for no reason other than connection issues. Also, the avatars are too limited in movement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a huge problem of being able to connect with people and seeing them to discuss plans, issues, or just chat. I know some friends who can't het outside and use Zoom as a means to communicate.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and it makes communicating easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom takes up a lot of bandwidth. Sometimes people we work with in rural communities do not have good enough internet connections to join long meetings.
Some of the more advanced features are not very easy to figure out, and with our type of account, it isn't easy to speak to a person. I feel like I am left on my own to figure most of the features out. There are articles, which are helpful, but sometimes they can be frustrating and time-consuming to read and figure out.
The format of Zoom itself is impersonal. A little bit of Zoom is great. Too much of Zoom is a bad thing. Our participants in longer trainings that take place many days over Zoom usually complain about this, and often give us lower feedback ratings on the overall event itself.

It is bringing people together easily. People from communities outside of ours can join trainings and meetings that they otherwise may not have had the opportunity to.

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom platform allows me to meet with clients on schedules and days that would not otherwise be available, because of the flexibility of using either my laptop or cellphone. I can meet with them on a moments notice, if schedule permits, without having to drive across town or state.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside is too many people wanting to meet via Zoom instead of in person. A double edged sword. Virtual meetings are more difficult to convey the in-person 'energy' that can sometimes make deals happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to better manage my busy schedule by meeting with clients for quick check-ins without driving across town or state. I am able to then be more productive.
Why Zoom?
What do you like best about the product?
COVID introduced us all to ZOOM. Now it is a valuable tool for all aspects of our work and family life.
What do you dislike about the product?
My internet connection can lead to problems but that is a not a function of ZOOM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to work with clients all over the USA and Canada instead of just in my immediate area.
