A Super tool for online meetings and engaging
What do you like best about the product?
I like the the quality of the applications and features included in it. We have many options in it compared to other video conferencing applications. We are enjoying the usage
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything what I have felt is fine. Sometimes loosing connectivity and asking for software update when we are in the meeting and about to join the meeting. Other than that everything is fine

We are having good quality of video conferences at work place with the team mates and other employees. Enjoy and playing with features provided in application and the responsiveness is good
The virtual meetings with our coworkers are now possible thanks to Zoom.
What do you like best about the product?
We had a great deal of reliance on other, less dependable platforms throughout the pandemic. However, once we began using Zoom for all of our virtual meetings and video chats, things were much simpler for everyone.
With the help of Zoom, we were able to hold live meetings with both clients and other employees. You can record the meetings using Zoom as well for later viewing.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no doubt that Zoom is a very powerful platform.
The only thing I don't like is that the meeting's plan for 1000 attendees is very expensive. If you have 1000 attendees and want to use Zoom to conduct online webinars and conferences, you will need to spend a lot of money.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the pandemic was announced in the middle of 2020, we have been using zoom.
Zoom has been used by us for the following activities:
1. Meetings with employees and clients on a one-on-one basis.
2. Video conference with the entire team
3. live online webinars and training
We have had an impact on the way people do business all over the world, and Zoom is a significant contributor to our success.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to connect with so many people and I'm able to utilize it for a variety of meetings. I also use it for podcast recordings or pre-recorded content that I share and it's so reliable! It is very versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, video quality is not great and that can be challenging, but I use additional cameras to help with that. Overall, it's very seamless and I really don't have anything to complain about. The features that have been added to help with communicating and scheduling have been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like how they optimize chats, scheduling, and adding in features for presentations, etc. It seems like they are really listening to feedback and what WFH employees and entrepreneurs need to run efficient meetings, recordings, etc.

Best way to have team huddles
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly enjoy that we can see one another during our huddles even though we are all working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downsides to zoom.

I don't think it's a problem; it's advancing our technology to make it easier for us to work from home and still contact our coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made communicating with families through the pandemic so much easier. We can offer distanced meetings, either one-on-one or in groups. Additionally, we can also meet across agencies so much easier than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do miss having in person meetings for more sensitive subjects, I think my colleagues primarily prefer this method of communication going forward, even in a post-pandemic world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issue of some agencies being virtual, and some in person. Additionally, when we were not allowed to meet with parents in our school building, we could still offer conferences virtually and keep parents informed on their child's progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the scheduling is for multiple meetings all at once. It's easy to share links and downloads of all the recordings with any platform. I like the option to have both audio and visual recordings. It does also integrate well with most applications. I use it to upload my files to Facebook, Youtube, Gmail,etc. It's easty to collaborate with any of those applications when I need to. I appreciate the easy dowloadability with the application as well, it doesn't take a lot of space on my computer..
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing any files recorded is a little skippy. I wish there was an easier editing feature when you need to trim down an audio or video file when you have something recorded to the cloud. I can't upload an audio file to Facebook but it does let me put a link to the audio, I just wish I was able to upload the actual file to Facebook vs a link. It's a little difficult to schedule every other day or every other week in the system but for the most part, things are pretty easy to follow along as long as you thoroughly read. The last thing would be is that I am located in the US and some of our clients have issues getting access into our calls but there is a setting you have to select to select countries that you want to allow to join your call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with people all over the US, allows for easy flexibility. We can have it on a consistent basis where we can customize when we want to have meetings whether that be every day or every other month. It allows me to save live meetings to watch again/let other people watch again. I also like that it allows you to keep meetings private with passcode-protected links and selecting whether or not you are able to let certain participants in your meeting. Our company holds private group consulting calls and it helps us stay private with only our paying clients.

As the host, you can control the participants' actions, such as muting them. You can also share hosting controls and receive them back easily.

The blurred background is not available on all computers.

I do not have to physically attend meetings, being virtual is so convenient; especially, when the weather is bad.

Be in contact with peers, colleagues and family in a very friendly and intuitive way that other vendors don´t have yet

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to connect with Customers around the country. The screen share feature and ability to annotate the sharer's screen is huge for onboarding virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It slows down other windows, so things take longer to load when on Zoom.
