What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace application very useful as it has high-quality video/audio conferencing, seamless screen sharing, breakout rooms for group work, meeting recording, and integrations with other tools.

It helps me create Easy virtual meetings with HD video and audio for clear communication and it also can Recording & Playback options. It has collaboration to the next level with the help of your AI assistant which can Intelligently process recordings, get meetings summarized, make queries in a meeting, Draft a chat response, get chat threads summarized, draft an email response, generate content in Whiteboard, Support multiple languages, etc.
Whiteboard and Screen Sharing Make Online Learning a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
As an adult student studying fully online, I really enjoy using the whiteboard feature. My schedule is quite busy, but I appreciate that my kind teacher sends me the whiteboard notes after every ESL lesson. This allows me to review the material at my own pace. I also found the timer app very helpful, especially when I was running study sessions in the virtual space. Later, during my internship, I used Zoom frequently because I love sharing my screen and inviting others to pick up the pen on the Zoom screen so I can demonstrate things to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that it's so difficult to locate settings, especially those related to privacy. You have to navigate through a lot of other menus just to find what you need. When I used to tutor elderly people in digital literacy online, even helping them find basic settings was a challenge. They often couldn't remember the steps, so we would set things up for them and hope they could adjust some default settings on their own if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has been instrumental in helping me effectively deliver information and share my screen to present my ideas. It also provided me with valuable archives of the skills I learned during some of the amazing meetings I was able to attend. I believe it solved an entire year’s worth of work-from-home and study-from-home challenges for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace offers me a seamless, all-in-one collaboration experience that makes transitioning between video calls and team chat incredibly intuitive. I most appreciate the high quality and video stability, which remains consistent even when my connection is less than ideal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found out that while the platform is powerful, the recent addition of many integrated tools has made the workspace cluttered and less user-friendly. I also notice that the notification system lacks granular controls, making it hard to sync alerts across my desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot, and it bridges the gap between remote and in-office team members by offering a unified communication hub. This has benefited me by making collaboration and troubleshooting seamless regardless of where my colleagues are located, it is also effective on removing the technical barriers to hybrid teamwork.

I really appreciate how effortless it is to collaborate with others. The AI companion is a fantastic new addition that I find myself using every day. I also value the all-in-one simplicity, which saves me from constantly switching between different tabs and programs.

My main issue is the restricted options for customizing the workspace. I wish I could personalize it to reflect my company's branding.

I use Zoom Workplace a lot for meetings and team chats. I like that it's a single platform for everything, including video chat, calls, messages, and document sharing. I can easily search up my documents and also store drafts. The AI support is a great add-on; it can highlight important topics and summarize the whole meeting. The initial setup was pretty easy.

I really like Zoom workplace because it is easy to use and very reliable. I am using it for family meetings and office work. It supports group video calls, chat, screen sharing, reactions and also very useful for meeting scheduling. Features like recordings, calendar notification and Teamwork makes my work easier & punctual. So Zoom workplace making communication smooth, professional & enjoyable in every situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike only one thing about Zoom Workplace, that sometimes my voice is not audible, so I have to log out and log in again. Other than, it works well.

Zoom Workplace helps me daily in my work from home job, which solves the problem of huge office rent & helps save money. I can easily do video calls, chat, share my screen and schedule meetings via Zoom. Daily works are going smoothly by discussing things with colleagues through meetings and chat. It saves time, travelling cost and reduced stress by making work easier from anywhere.

Zoom is user friendly, Easy to use, and also it is helpful in interaction in tools, I like that I can use zoom workplace across devices like my laptop, phone, or tablet and stay connected whether I’m in the office or working remotely.

In this at times, zoom workplace can experience lag or connectivity issues, especially during long meetings or when internet bandwidth is limited. Occasional performance issues and high resource usage, especially on slower networks or older devices.
