Great product.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to join meetings and easy to setup meetings. Sending invites to people without zoom experience is really easy.
Zoom is much better than Microsoft Teams which is less intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about using Zoom at work. Zoom does everything I would like it to do. I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about using Zoom at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to have both large and small meetings internally, and it's integrations with other products work really well and it allows us to reduce friction when speaking to customers.
Best application for Quick chat and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is its simple UI and ease to use. The chat feature with colleagues is quite helpful and helps to connect easily. We can setup meetings and connect using audio or video.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat gets refreshed every 24hrs, so previous conversations with colleagues get lost, which I dislike. Overall, it is an excellent application and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping colleagues to connect virtually with ease when we implement the Hybrid Model. We can connect over audio or video calls and discuss our work-related stuff.

User-friendly, love that you can record, and makes meetings very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no issues with Zoom and definitely like this product.

I have committees and board members all across the country. Zoom makes meetings so convenient.
Zoom is the best virtual meeting platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom never disappoints. Our office uses GoToMeeting but it has so many bugs and issues that we also have a Zoom account. The reliability of Zoom and the user-friendliness makes using this for any generation easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Zoom. It is reliable and I really appreciate the filters and backgrounds it adds for fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us connect with our members across the state when meeting in-person is impossible. Recording meetings is also tremendously helpful for sharing information with others that might need it.
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is truly an amazing product. It is easy to communicate to other people over this video platform. You can really benefit from this product if you work from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to pay for the product if you are doing a large meeting. I understand they need to make their money too though. I wish it was all free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are solving long distance meetings by doing them over zoom. You can communicate via the computer and a camera to other states or even countries. If you work remote this is a great product.

What do you like best about the product?
Before the pandemic of Covid-19, I didn't have any idea Zoom existed. From work, they sent us home and we were uncertain how we would get by. Zoom just happened to be our best ally to help us keep in touch and make meetings more effiecient, even better than when we were on site. Zoom is simple to use, user-friendly to manage, and powerful for conducting meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is full of great features, but something I would like to have is a better-looking personal chat when in meetings. If I sent a private message to a colleague during a meeting, it pops up on the general chat, and I have to reply in the same place. It would be nicer if a different chat appeared when I send a direct message. Don't want to mix up conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to go to the office to participate in a meeting, and now all my meetings with clients are virtually on Zoom. I'm saving a lot of time and money, and so is the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best virtual meeting software ever created. It takes care of every little aspect you would need to convert your surrounding into a virtual workplace as you need. The best thing about this app is its vast catalog of virtual backgrounds.

I love using zoom and nothing have I found yet which would disinterest me.

With the help of Zoom, I am easily able to access other devices remotely with the least latency.

Zoom is a best application for communication for business.it provides lot of functions which help us to easily contact and discuss over call as well as message.

Zoom provide lot of functionalities but sometimes it gives issues while connecting the headphones.sometime we are not able to connect the Bluetooth wireless headphones

Stable and flexible video classroom platform
What do you like best about the product?
I found zoom to be very user friendly. Generating meeting links for recurring meetings was easy. Sharing was easy. I loved how much control you had over the meeting environment. It was integrated well with Google products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there the default setting for audio was to mute antendees on entry and they are responsible for unmuting. Too many meetings were disrupted by clueless people joining with a live mic

When my school was in hybrid mode during the pandemic, zoom was a great platform for online classes. It offered advantages over Google Meet, such as break out rooms.
