The best thing about Zoom is: Ease of access, Quick meeting schedules, Meeting reminders, Cross-platform usage, Session recordings, real-time chat, third-party applications integration, etc.

There are no downsides to Zoom so far. Initially, I used to face lag in video and audio during video conferencing, but that was fixed with updates, and now it works like a charm.

This application is very nice but there are some cons like there is a lack of comment control because there is no feature that auto delete inappropriate comment .

This rarely happens, but sometimes it glitches and lags. It automatically logs you out so you have to log back in again multiple times which can get really annoying especially when you are working in an environment that uses zoom heavily.
