Zoom Makes Daily Meetings Effortless with Handy Features

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to use and simple to navigate. I use it almost daily to e-meet with my teammates, and it works well every time. There are also a lot of helpful features, like the AI assistant, as well as some fun ones that let you change the BG.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call quality can falter depending on the network. This may not be entirely Zoom’s fault, but it’s the only con that comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote employee, I’m on a lot of calls with teammates both in and outside my country. Zoom has been a dependable way to stay connected with my team and keep up with company- and team-wide updates.

Convenient, Reliable, with Room for Improvement

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace quite handy because a lot of people are already familiar with it, and it's easy to download. The service is pretty good with not too many glitches, which is always a plus. I appreciate how I can just send a link to set up a call, which feels more professional than just saying 'video call me.' It's incredibly convenient, especially for someone like me who's eight months pregnant and can't travel much. It's great that most people already know how to use it, unlike other programs where you often have to explain how things work. It works well both on my mobile and laptop, making it versatile for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, you know, the service is a little bit slow. And when you first initially start Zoom, if you don't have it already logged in and signed up for it, that was a little bit rough for me. So I guess the sign-up process in the beginning could be easier. Granted, someone sends you a link and you click on it, maybe just go into it right away would be better than having to sometimes, you know, set up an account and all that good stuff. And still have the options of, you know, having your background blurred even if you don't have an account set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to save time on travel, cutting down a 45-minute commute for a 20-minute session. It's convenient, especially since I'm eight months pregnant and can't travel.

Very helpful during pandemic, less needed now

  • March 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used Zoom a lot during the pandemic. It was one of the easiest ways to stay in touch with people and join online lessons. It worked quite reliably and most people already knew how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over time I found other tools a bit more convenient for daily use. The interface in Zoom can feel a bit heavy for simple calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made communication possible when meeting in person was not an option. For that period it was really important. Now I don’t use it much, but it still feels like one of the main tools from that time.

Zoom’s AI Meeting Summaries Save Hours and Keep Client Meetings Professional

  • March 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is used for scheduling recurring meetings with different stakeholder groups. It is especially helpful to conduct whiteboard brainstorming process. After every meeting, Zoom generates AI meeting summaries and notes with key decision and next steps highlighted. It saves hours of manual note taking - which is huge in consulting. Overall Zoom has a clean and professional video setup which makes high-stake meeting with client leadership more reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing I can think of that I dislike about Zoom. The org is clearly investing in product R&D. Every time I log in, there is one or another thing that is new in the tool which makes it a continues learning process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is integrated with our Calendar which avoids scheduling back and forth thus helps with seamless coordination. It helps improve the documentation accuracy by generating the AI summary notes, saving hours in manual note taking. Zoom is a must have tool in every organization to keep the distributed teams aligned.

Essential for screen sharing and remote team collaboration.

  • March 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The two specific features I want to add are Ease of access, it is really useful as one can join the meeting without needing to create an account, and its performance, the sharing screen feature is very stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Limit: The 40 minutes limit of free version is quite short for detailed discussions which forces to restart meetings.
System Resources: Sometimes the app uses a lot of my laptop's battery which makes the computer run a bit slow if I have more tabs open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of attending meetings and workshops where I cannot present in person. It helps people connect in real time without being physically present by filling the gap between physical and digital.
The best feature of the Zoom is that it allows to record meeting and go back and watch it later if needed.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Zoom Workplace and its consistency when we need it. It's very consistent in being able to turn on and have access, and we rarely have glitches. People are comfortable with the easy access and it helps us stay connected during external meetings. We also make good use of the chat and screen share features, which consistently help us be better prepared for internal and external meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably could use a tutorial on how to use the whiteboard functionality of Zoom. And, also, I need to update it so it's customized to present our company when we have external calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace very consistent, rarely having glitches, which helps us stay connected. The easy access and screen sharing features help us be better prepared for meetings.
