Effortless Integration, But Installation Friction

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Zoom Workplace makes it to connect with customers and record conversations automatically. It integrates well with our systems like Salesforce and SalesLoft, which makes extracting recordings and transcriptions a breeze. The transcription quality is quite good and lets me generate detailed notes and business cases swiftly, saving me hours. The screen sharing feature is another plus, letting me control the user's screen to guide them, which is really helpful for explaining complex software functionalities. The platform also provides a stable connection compared to other platforms like Google Meet. Additionally, I appreciate the customizable settings for accounts, allowing me to automatically enable recordings for sales calls, which isn't something we could do on platforms like Google Meet. I also love the feature where I can draw on the screen during meetings, helping to interact and navigate easily with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the biggest issues with Zoom Workplace lately is that customers have to download and install Zoom on their computers, which isn't always possible for everyone. It used to be easier in the past when you could just join a meeting without having to install anything. Also, some customers are more used to using other platforms like Teams, which creates friction since they have to switch to Zoom and deal with the installation process. Sometimes it takes extra time out of meetings just to get Zoom set up, which can be a bit of a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to easily connect with customers, integrate with tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft, and extract recordings and transcripts. It saves time, offers excellent transcription, simplifies record keeping, and provides valuable screen sharing and control options for customer interactions.

Amazing AI, Customizable Meetings, and Reliable Low-Bandwidth Performance

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to chat easily with the invited group even before a meeting starts, and the level of customizations available for a meeting are the best about Zoom Workplace. The AI capability is simply amazing. Also, its sustainability and integration even on low bandwidth is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Mail and Calendar are not much useful as there is org dependency on using the mail and calendar applications. Also, the web version looks a bit different than the desktop application. The frequency of Zoom meetings is very much dependent on the choice of the organizer. In the company currently, Teams is the preferred option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI feature that summarizes meetings, lists action items, and keeps everything in the same chat thread solves my need to track all meeting resources in one place. Its bulleted summary of the conversation is also beneficial for quickly navigating to the section I’m looking for.

All-in-One Collaboration with Persistent Chat, Easy Screen Sharing, and Noise Suppression

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It offers an all-in-one collaboration setup with email and calendar, plus docs and a whiteboard. The team chat is persistent, similar to Slack. Screen sharing is easy, and teammates can also remotely control the sharer’s screen when needed. It also includes noise suppression.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like it uses a lot of memory/RAM, especially on machines that aren’t high-end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it really improves accessibility when you’re trying to present exactly what you want to show. For example, instead of sharing only a slide, you can share your entire screen or just a portion of it, which is helpful if you don’t want to reveal certain parts of a window on your PC. Also, if the person sharing can’t set up the presentation properly, others can step in and assist them.

Zoom Work Place - Pros & Cons

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is easy to use. I can use it in the office, for classes, and for freelancing work. The best part is being able to share my screen, which helps others understand my product better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version only includes a limited number of minutes. If you want the more advanced features, you’ll need to purchase a plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can connect in one place for official work. There’s no need to be physically present every time, especially if someone is travelling or working from home. For me, this is the biggest benefit a corporate worker can take advantage of.

Effortless Scheduling with AI Notes, Summaries, and Google Calendar Integration

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to set up meetings and with the use of AI it can even help track the meeting and take notes so nothing is missed. The summaries are perfect to skim over for reminders on previous meetings. Also setting up recurring meetings is super helpful and a breeze. It easily integrates with my google calendar and even helps me schedule time to focus on specific tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging aspect would be rescheduling meetings. It can be difficult to find the best time for meetings and I wish the AI would send up to 3 recommended reschedule times based on everyone's calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team that spans several cities and states so Zoom workplace allows us to really be on the same page as far as operations and execution no matter who is in office or not.

Easy-to-Use Zoom Workplace with Great Video Quality, Screen Sharing, and Recording

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is easy to use for classes and group work. The video quality is good, and features like screen sharing and recording are really helpful. That said, the free plan’s time limit can feel restrictive at times, especially when a session runs longer than expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has a 40-minute limit, which can interrupt classes and break the flow. I also run into occasional connectivity issues, and the app can lag at times, which affects the overall experience. On top of that, there are frequent updates, and they can be a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve remote learning challenges by making it easy to run virtual classes, hold meetings, and collaborate. It lets me attend lectures smoothly, share ideas with others, and access recordings when I need them, which adds flexibility and supports my productivity.
