Best for Video Conference call
What do you like best about the product?
This video conferencing app meets your expectations with reliable performance, minimal drop-outs, and smooth connectivity. It excels in low bandwidth situations, avoiding call disruptions and buffering-related speed catch-ups commonly seen in other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of Zoom offers a range of features but does come with certain limitations. For instance, there are time restrictions on the duration of meetings, which may affect longer or more complex virtual gatherings. What do you like best about the product?
As mentioned earlier, one of the best tools to connect with colleagues during the torrid times of WFH

I don't have any complains about Zoom. It is just fantastic.

Team meetings and screen sharing has helped to a great extend during WFH times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having team meetings on zoom. It's hard getting all my parents to come sometimes since I reside in LA .My cheerleaders are able to sit there with their parents when we do meetings via zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
I think zoom should automatically mute everyone joining the meeting. It's gives people an option and I dont like that very much. It's frustrating when people join unmuted and don't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a I stated before my team has a hard time getting everyone face to face. So zoom helps with that problem because we can have meetings virtually so everyone can show up.

Not too many downsides. It's sometimes a bit laggy but overall it's a great system.

Being able to connect with any team members or external parties who are remote within a matter of seconds.

It´s pretty easy to use; you can integrate it with different options

Sometimes it takes time to charge in you laptop if you don't have a reliable internet connection

We have been using Zoom to schedule calls with clients, and it has been straightforward to do so.
The UI is user-friendly, and any new user can easily understand it.

There have been some security concerns regarding zoom.
And there are not enough options to use while in meetings which can make it more interactive.
More interactive features, such as small mini games like tic tac toe etc., can be a great addition while on long meetings.

I Love Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and convenient for the work that I do. It integrates nicely with many other apps and websites for smooth scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom isn't universal yet so not everyone is using it. Many of my clients are confused if it is a call or video when they get the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't been keeping up with zoom improvements, but there is certainly more integration available than when I first started using it.
Excellent, works great with integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The best, most helpful, and easiest video conference calling app around. It's hard for me to believe that people used to use Skype. Zoom has become the new go-to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the audio/video quality was better on occasion. If it were, I could use it for even more things than I already do. All in all it still works better than any other option.

It is a consistent, reliable, and user friendly video conferencing platform. I spend most of my time on calls and meetings, so having a platform that works every single time is a must-have.
