I also appreciate the seamless screen share feature, which contributes to making meetings simple and efficient. Additionally, setting up Zoom Workplace was a breeze, taking only a few minutes to sign in and start hosting or joining meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, connectivity issues can affect call quality, especially with unstable internet. Connectivity issues can sometimes disrupt meetings, especially on weaker networks, so better optimization for low-bandwidth conditions would help.

Zoom Workplace solved remote communications issues by enabling quick meetings, clear discussions, and easy screen sharing. The easy-to-use interface and reliable video quality ensure smooth, uninterrupted communication, saving time and making meetings simple and efficient.

I didn’t run into any issues when joining the Zoom meeting, and the connection was good throughout.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace to communicate with my colleagues via chat messages and for meetings and webinars. I appreciate how it allows me to stay in clear communication with my colleagues at all times, regardless of distance. I like how easy it is to use and that there are constant updates making it better and better all the time. I also like how it cancels out background noise during phone calls or meetings. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using a background in a meeting, sometimes it erases parts of myself too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to communicate with my colleagues through chat messages, meetings, and webinars. It solves the problem of distance by keeping us in clear communication at all times.
Easy Zoom Scheduling with Smart Calendar Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling Zoom calls is easy. It links with my work calendar, so I can quickly see when colleagues are free and set up meetings without back-and-forth. I also like that notes taken in the chat during a call can be shared with colleagues and saved, so they aren’t lost once the call ends. The calendar view shows public holidays and colleagues’ annual leave as well, which makes it faster to find a suitable time and schedule meetings more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t set “turn off AI assistant” as the default, so we have to switch it off at the start of every call. I suspect those settings are controlled by our account admin. During calls, the Zoom controls also often feel like they’re in the way, especially when I’m sharing my screen. Sometimes the Zoom tasks build up (I’m checking elsewhere) and it makes me anxious, since the number can get quite high. I also don’t like the wording of “X is inviting you to view the meeting summary” — it comes across as passive-aggressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easing scheduling and hosting of calls. Famous brand with a lot of recognition for scheduling calls outside of our company. People are familair with it even if they don't use it consistently.

Zoom makes it easy to hold meetings, and it offers a lot of tools to connect with others and present your ideas clearly.

Creating a Zoom meeting can sometimes be a hassle. It feels complicated at times, and it can be very frustrating.

When you work with a big team spread all over the country, it makes it easy to create meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace easy to set up and use. The video and audio quality is good, and I like the options they provide, such as chat, recording, and file sharing. These features are really helpful because during video calls, sometimes we need to talk about a file and being able to share it is great. I also appreciate how I can integrate multiple functions together, like screen sharing, which allows us to get a lot more done.

I find Zoom Workplace very time-saving as it allows me to have a place online to chat with other opportunities. The video chat is so helpful because I can speak and see the people I'm talking with, which is incredibly useful. The initial setup was super easy with almost zero hiccups.

It may be my connection or webcam but sometimes it can be very hard to get connected but that may be my own problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace to be an amazing tool for remote meetings. It gives me the feeling of being in the office even when I'm not. Connecting with customers on another level is great, and it makes working from home more personable because I'm able to connect with others. Having face-to-face contact is more valuable than just connecting over the phone. All the features and tools are great, and I'm able to use different ones depending on what I'm doing. The initial setup was very easy and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connectivity is sometimes an issue, but I suppose that might be the internet service though I'm not sure which it is. Sometimes there is a lag/glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes remote meetings feel like being in the office and enhances customer connections. It adds a personable touch to working from home with valuable face-to-face contact. It's amazing for connecting on another level.
