Reliable service
What do you like best about the product?
We use the chats a lot with our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have very good service in my office so some of my calls get drop because of this. This isn't a zoom issue though and it's only me. I don't know of anyone else having this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom is the OG tool for a remote workforce.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to use, and it's popular enough that everyone is familiar with it. People trust it. When a host needs to leave, it's easy to hand off to another person. When screen sharing or side-chatting, it's easy to use and hard to mess up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not extremely clear how to update your name, image, or camera prior to joining a call. When swapping between types of meetings, I'd like to update this beforehand. I've also had several instances where it required an update prior to joining a call. We should be able to put this off to prevent us from being late to meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an entirely remote workforce. Zoom isn't our primary method of meeting, but it's common. It allows us to hold meetings as if we're together, even when we aren't.

What do you like best about the product?
Focus on videoconferencing. Additional features like chat, documents, AI integrations, calendar and phone

Chat feature is not as universal and easy to use as Teams chat.

All UC functions in a single place, from videoconferencing and telephone to email and messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a compact version of old zoom meeting App. It provides User Friendly UI. It has features such as team chat within meet which translate real time

Delay in launching the app, not loading user details, untimely sign out, sign in issues

I'm an employee and mostly we need continues through and fro team chats with some people being at home and some at office.

Very simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
It makes interacting with a hybrid workforce much more doable. Before we were having to play phone tag and now we all just hop on a zoom call.

It opens up too many windows. I would rather it just open up in my browser.

Zoom's user interface and algorithm is soo robust that it handles the online meeting so well.

Participants limit is too low for that much reputed platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Video conferencing and audio conferencing using Zoom are good. If we face any problems, its customer support is very good. It is a very easy-to-use application.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we don't have its subscription, then we can not use it for more than 40 minutes. I use it once a week. It's screen share consumes so much internet.

Zoom comes with breakout rooms and AI also which makes very easy to doing multiple classes and assignments and AI makes work easy.
