Effortless Scheduling and Seamless Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use Zoom Workplace for scheduling and managing our meeting calendar. The simplicity of setting it up and sending reminders a few days in advance is great. The software allows us to schedule quick and effective meetings without delays, helping us complete multiple meetings in a timely manner. It simplifies the process into just a few steps to create and send out meeting links, which is a huge advantage for our clients and employees. The initial setup was very easy, and we could start using it the same day, which was amazing for our team of educators and trainers. Integrating it with Google Calendar for simple email notifications through Office 360 is also helpful.

Reliable but Cluttered Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace's reliability since it barely gives me trouble. It's not complicated, and it's easy to jump in and out of calls without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio glitch sometimes is a little annoying. Has more resources than it should have, and the interface has been cluttered. I want a clean, simple call without having to navigate through a bunch of stuff. Sometimes, clicking a meeting link only prompts you to download the app. You need to find the web version, which isn't always obvious. Even now, it's still frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is reliable and doesn't glitch much, making it easy to jump in and out of calls.

All-in-One Productivity with Google Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
What I like more about Zoom Workplace is that it is very convenient because it reduces friction in communication and it also keeps teams connected is a simple and organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not really mean I dislike but Google Workplace can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the number of features packed into one platform, especially for new users. Navigating between chat, meetings, and other tools isn't always as intuitive as it could be. Sometimes there is also a connectivity and audio issues that can disrupt the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that are solved by Zoom Workplace is that it solves the challenge of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, messaging, phone and collaboration tools into a single platform. Instead of switching between multiple apps, everything is centralized, which makes it easier to stay organized and connected.
Zoom Workplace: Reliable Collaboration with Stable Audio/Video and Seamless Screen Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
As a Data Engineer, I like Zoom Workplace for its reliability and smooth collaboration experience. The audio/video quality is stable, screen sharing works seamlessly during technical discussions (ETL, SQL, architecture reviews), and meeting recordings help me revisit important points. It’s a dependable tool for both quick sync-ups and detailed technical meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’ve noticed is that during large meetings, it can sometimes feel a bit cluttered with multiple chats, reactions, and screen shares happening at the same time. Also, long meetings tend to consume a good amount of system resources, which can slow down other applications running in the background. Some useful advanced features are restricted to higher-tier plans, which can be a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of seamless remote collaboration. It brings meetings, chat, and screen sharing into one platform, making communication faster and more organized. It reduces dependency on long email threads and helps teams connect instantly, whether for quick updates or detailed discussions.
For me, it improves productivity by making it easy to schedule meetings, share screens, record sessions, and stay aligned with the team without delays. It keeps communication structured and efficient, especially when working with distributed teams.

Robust Collaboration, Needs Calendar Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I generally like the screen sharing feature the most. It's great for capacity holding, especially when hosting town hall meetings with all of our employees. Zoom Workplace can host a large number of people with low latency, which is impressive. Screen sharing and live annotations really stand out because multiple people can share their screens at the same time, making live interactions possible. As a SOC analyst, I find it very helpful to connect with my team during live incidents, allowing us to mark evidences on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Zoom Workplace calendar and its integration could have been a bit better. It is kinda laggy for me. It sometimes lags and does not work properly. Plus, they should have a reminder feature that could remind us before a meeting, like with a pop-up five or ten minutes ahead of time. That would be very useful to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of collaborating with teammates, taking calls, and hosting webinars. The screen sharing and annotation features are great for live interactions and connecting with my team during incidents.
Flexible, Cost-Effective, but Needs UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace for a few reasons. The breakout rooms feature is really helpful for group discussions, allowing smaller groups to discuss topics in separate rooms before coming back to the main one. Screen sharing is another feature I appreciate, especially when I need to show visual illustrations during presentations. The ability to use emojis like raising a hand or clapping makes meetings more interactive and formal. Additionally, I find it convenient that I can schedule meetings in advance and attend them without needing a username. I also appreciate that Zoom Workplace allows for customization, like having your own subdomain and features, and it offers a more flexible and affordable pricing compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would go for the user interface. Some of it is a bit too complicated. Like, if you could make it simpler. For example, when you join a meeting, when you view the main screen, the first time I tried to use the raise hand feature, I couldn't see it. I could only find it if you could maybe put a separate button to raise your hand and a separate button for emojis. Or maybe the way they are grouped, I think you can redesign it into something that is easier to locate the features. I've also seen a lot of people accidentally turn on their camera when joining Zoom. Maybe there could be an additional step that asks 'are you sure you want to turn on video?' before it opens, to prevent accidental camera activation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows me to make calls with low data and end-to-end encryption, share screens, and schedule meetings with breakout rooms. I appreciate its efficient performance even with slow internet, preventing issues I've faced on other platforms.
