quality of video was good when meeting and classes we attended is really perfect

screen sharing is helpful wen we dont understand any works collegues can share there screen and help and classes from our convienant timings

Easy , fast , working everywhere , long time video call, sharing screen, business meeting , all in one app

Not much but if it allow integrating with other apps contacts would be great

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and ability I have to be able to take on meetings for anywhere in the world (that has internet connection at least) . This software is user friendly and very easy to learn how to use with a few minutes of practice. I also love that I can integrate this software with tvs,projectors to have zoom meetings with bigger audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not truly come across anything I do not like with zoom. I would say one thing that is more so annoying is when I click a link on my google calendar to login to a zoom meeting that was posted by someone else. There is a pop-up page that shows up then takes you into zoom leaving an extra page on my browser open. Not sure if this is a setting on my end or what but it is just a slight annoyance I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is benefiting me when it comes to having meetings with corporate leaders and/or other leaders in my company that may not be in my local area. We also utilize zoom for trainings/classes for our team. Zoom is utilized alot for screen sharing especially during in house training sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been incredibly useful for our meetings. Makes meeting with remote workers and workers at different offices much easier. Customizing some items within Zoom is also really beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it feels a bit heavy. It takes a bit longer to open when compared to other programs. I understand it does a lot and it does it quite smoothly. It would check all the boxes if it started up quicker though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving meeting with people all over the place, in different countries and timezones. Within our company, it is used to engage with our clients as well.

Video breaks and does not work smoothly when it is on a bad network or at low latency at office wifi.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best Video Conferencing app for businesses and individuals with lots of features. It also offer forever free version with meeting recording feature that makes it stand apart from the crowd
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a server error or sudden crash happens during the meeting, so please try to fix such errors and bugs, else it is the best ever video meeting app

I use this tool to host and attend video meetings with clients, and also it help me to conduct seamless virtual classrooms for my students. Recording feature is available across all the versions from free to paid.

Prolonged video meetings can be mentally exhausting and decrease engagement and focus. Some users may find the constant starting at screens and lack of physical presence draining over time

Attending classes and taking meetings, zoom is the one-stop platform with everything that a student, teacher, and professional like me need. The video quality is just fantastic it does not need the highest bandwidth.
